Food was cold, eggs, chicken and waffle, even my coffee was cold. Service wasn’t good either. I love the Waffle House but this time was terrible.
If you call, they do NOT answer. The automated voice says “we’re sorry we can’t take orders over the phone right now, please come in and place a to-go order or dine in”. This is how it goes, drive 30 minutes there, for them to tell me they’re not doing dine in. I legit tried to call before driving all the way to statesville so that I did waste my gas with these ridiculous gas prices. I wanted to eat inside. Thus why I drove there. Plus, their automated voicemail says that they’re open for dine in. What a mess. Either change your voicemail or do as you advertise “open 24/7”.
Waitress acted like we were bothering her. She dropped my fork on the floor and did not offer to replace it, thought I should pick it up and eat with it. Music was rap and so loud could not hear each other talk, asked for it to be turned down, was told no. Every other word out of the Managers mouth was the F bomb. Good was cold. Horrible and we will not be back to this waffle house or ever again to another!
It was a good experience. The lady was in charge of the business. She was taking carry out orders for people. She got the orders in a timely manner. She was friendly to my friend and I. Shirley
Wow! Another excellent meal at WH. Betty did a great job. The blueberry waffle was not only scrumptious, it was free.Win Win
The hash browns were cold the chicken was good. Friendly waitress. Ok clean. A little pricey.

My husband and I ate inside and the whole time we were there the waitress who wasn't even our waitress, kept coming over to where we were sitting just to talk with my husband! Flirt with someone else . Not my husband. We will not be back.im not jealous by far just wanted a good breakfast without all the flirting in front of me!
Only one person working,half of the restaurant opened,the stacks of dirty dishes piled up on the counter next to register, had to wait a long time for to go order to be taken.girl saying she would help us when she can. The food was good
