My partner and I went there tonight. Since the other is closed for remodel. We stood at the counter. No 1 even paid any attention or greeted us, just stared at us. Both Kiosk weren't working. So that means someone should have been taking orders on FC register. But no, the girls in DT just staring at us eating and on their phones. I noticed at least 6-7 employees so someone should have been paying attention to the customers on the front line. The Manager was in the lobby working on his P.O.P and not paying attention either. Two people were waiting over 30 minutes already for food as well. Should be a "No Stars" review!

This Taco Bell cannot ever get the orders right. Every single time we go through and ask for a Beef, bean and cheese burrito with sour cream it has lettuce, tomato, and or onions. I mean come on how hard is it to make sure the customers are getting the right food and let's not forget paying for the right food at 12:30am (in the morning)..... come on it's not hard bc it's not lunchtime, it'sat night while most are sleeping. I can let it go once but everytime, that's pathetic and terrible service. So if you want your food to be correct you best take the time and sit at the window to make sure it is correct before driving off even if it takes a long time to get and it holds up the line. Second, Don't let me get started on how rude some of the employees are... Seriously unprofessional and a good way to lose business especially as i see this one already has a 3.6 stars (which is horrible) and terrible reviews. Maybe the owner of Taco Bell should send some of those employees to a seminar on customer service or how about if they are not happy with their job then they should go find one that doesn't involve customer relations. Horrible service and can never get the food right..... Why should i spend my money??? I'm sorry one star isn't what this one deserves unfortunately for me to post I have to give at least one.

I went through the drive thru and ordered 3 Doritos tacos 2 burritos and a crunch wrap. Got home and had the burritos and crunch wrap but no tacos. Called to tell them and sent my daughter back to get them and the manager was so rude almost throwing the bag at my daughter and telling her "here take them". So unprofessional and rude, definitely will not be going back.

I've been going to Taco Bell for a long time-- and this one, I'd been visiting since I moved here a few years ago. Something must've changed with who works there in the last few months, because service has gone COMPLETELY downhill.I don't normally leave Google reviews, but this Taco Bell has gotten my mobile orders wrong EVERY single time whether it be a customization or just completely missing items-- not that the website will do anything to fix it-- and REFUSE to refund or serve me the missing items when I go back to explain the situation. I couldn't even begin to count how many times I've paid for a customization and it not been done, as it genuinely has been with every single order I've placed over the last few months.There have also been times in the last few months that the food was completely soaked in grease somehow-- wrapper and all- which is impressive. Practically inedible when the workers show such little care. I've given plenty of good reviews to this location and the one near it, but I guess I'll just have to go a bit further for good service. Please do something to fix the inadequacies of this location, Taco Bell.

ABSOLUTE WORST Taco Bell I have EVER been to in my entire life. The sour cream was runny, the lettuce was wilted, and the tacos were so greasy they were falling apart. I told them to upgrade my combo to supreme and they didn't do it, but we sure paid for it. I'm pretty sure my family of four will have the Hershey squirts later tonight because of this disgusting grease trap. *barf*

Stopped here while traveling through at approx 1:30pm on 4/3/22. The floor was very dirty. The condiment area was very messy and the soda machine was sticky and messy with spilled soda everywhere. We had to to wipe down our own table as all of the tables were dirty. Our food was crushed in the bag and some of it was cold. While eating in the dining room we could also hear the employees using foul language and listening to inappropriate music loud enough for the customers to hear. very disappointing visit and would give 0 stars if possible.

Didn't have the right menu out and was given attitude because I didn't know what to order. Asked if I could order off the lunch menu a d was told no because it was breakfast only. I told the female taking my order there was no breakfast menu up. Drove by awhile later and it was still the wrong menu. Wanted to leave a review on the website but didn't want to leave my personal address. I asked for receipt and she said it'll be in the bag, it wasn't. This taco bell almost always messes up our order.

It was an okay place to stop and grab a quick bite to eat. We went inside to grab our food to go. The inside floor was a bit dirty. And the drink machine sticky where someone spilt a drink. Other than that food was decent.

Ordered the crunch wrap supreme. It was practically flat, with a smear of something that looked like pan scrapings from beef, a few pieces of iceberg lettuce and some tomato pieces. It looked NOTHING like the photo. There was nothing crunchy about it--just a soft mess that was 99 percent tortilla.
