Toppings looked very tired and old. My wife did not even order it was so bad. Mine was a poorly made sandwich. Bread was stale. Staff was hard to understand and less than pleasant. After 12 hour of driving I would have eaten anything , and this pushed my limits. We will go elsewhere next time. Have visited this place in the past repeatedly, and not had this poor level of service/quality of food.
Customer service and quality of food! I really think it depends on who's working. The lady working tonight was not very friendly and had a I don't care attitude. My husband ordered a subway club footlong and wanted bacon on it, she said they don't come with bacon, he said club sandwiches have bacon. Then she said something about a American club that had bacon , she had already put ham and roast beef on the subway club sandwich. My husband said ok that's fine make the American club sandwich , we were standing there watching and I looked at her in disbelief as she took the roast beef off and threw it away! ? people are starving in this world and instead of leaving it on the sandwich she chose to throw it away! ? Wow what attitude all to make a point apparently of one sub club comes with this no bacon or apparently no roast beef on the other! My husband ask her why she threw it away she responded with something about contamation. We would have paid extra if needed for bacon or Roast beef seriously! ! Not a Big joke . He then told her I write reviews for Google, her response, No One Cares! ? DO YOU CARE!! If your reading this I think you do care ! ARE YOU TIRED OF GOING TO RESTAURANTS SPENDING A TON OF MONEY TO PAY FOR BAD FOOD, COLD FOOD, BAD SERVICE OR ATTITUDE ! That's why I now do reviews I CARE about my local community I want to see HARD WORKING, FRIENDLY STAFFED, CLEAN, EFFICIENT LOCAL restaurants and business thrive and BAD OWN UP AND CHANGE BY GETTING BETTER or Go Away! I forgot the time before when we came the lettuce was wilted and old , several customers complained and the workers comments were that the lettuce came that way or and I can't do anything about it! My suggestion would be Go to Food Lion down the street and get fresh lettuce it doesn't take good management to figure that out!!!!! Just caring, good staff and caring, customer service!!!
The young man that made my sandwich was amazing. Super nice and he definitely knew what he wa s doing. Very pleased with the price and service. I will be returning very soon.
Well first of all I hadn't been to this Subway location in years because I always go to a different location buy I sure am glad I went to this location this time because the customer service from the gentleman working that evening was great. He greeted me upon walking in the door, then asked how he could help me, even asked if I wanted extra meat on my turkey sub( I paid extra for it of course) then he engaged in actual conversation with me while he was making my sub not just talk about the food. This gentleman was very pleasant and made my visit a pleasure. I wouldn't mind visiting again. I wish I had found out his name so I could mention it in this review. The only thing I didn't like was, to me the price was ridiculous $14 just for one sub and a bottle of water, that makes no sense. What happened to the $5 footlongs?
I will only go in here to order. I have had bad experiences ordering online from this subway and some of the workers are rude to guests. Just get your food and go or go to the other one in town.
I went for someone else but I have eaten there before and I enjoyed the food. Will visit again.
