Always polite and friendly every single day. I'm pretty picky with my coffee and they get it right every single time! (Only once was my order wrong and the girl was training)
Their hot chocolate tastes just like a lukewarm cup of dirt. So unless you like that kind of thing I do not recommend.

Tasted burnt. We were traveling so I didn't take it back. They were very busy so I think a good cleaning of the machine would help
