Imagine walking in, being greeted awesome! Whilst a guy was waiting for 30+ minutes and 3 other customers waiting 20+ minutes. Not only that, one of the customers had just received the wrong food! Get this, after the I got my pizza, I opened it up making sure they had it right. All good there, boom… I get home and the pizza was cold. I’ve come to realize they’ve given me the lady whom just came in with the wrong order, their box. Shame on you guys for doing wrong. No hairnets, no gloves, people just standing around. I’m not upset with the “manager” Malachi’s professionalism. I’m upset about the integrity part, knowing it’s wrong and still choosing to do so. How dare you trick people like that, Got me and who ever got the other ladies actual order “it was a delivery” I know all this because i was in there for about 30 minutes (after my pickup time.) Wasteful, distasteful, ungrateful. If you couldn’t have done it, don’t!
Place an order at 10 for a store that should be open until midnight. Only to get a call at 10:01 saying they’re closed and it could take 1-3 business days for a refund. This is the same store that collected an online payment and let me sit an additional 45 minutes on top of my original wait time. This store needs new management.
I ordered a pan pizza and got a call saying they were no pan pizza crust so l said l would take a stuffed crust. When l got home l was given a regular crust. Also l ordered a family size Tuscan meat marinara pasta and got the small (2 person) size. I am very disappointed in my experience with Pizza Hut.
They never have any Original Pan crust. This stores runs out of crust daily it seems. At least there's never any Pan crust available when I order. Yet this is their most popular pizza crust. Seems like they must be having an inventory issue. Either way it goes, I've been disappointed for the last time. Guess I'll start back eating nasty azz Domino's or somethin
Order at 5:40pm and said it would take 63 min and had to wait 20mins pass that. 7pm to get wings all they had to do, was heat them up. (really)
Called in to make sure my mobile order was correct since it was showing differently than usual - Riley was amazing and problem solved the issue.
Pizza wa hot and fresh ready before time
After our multiple experiences with this store, tonight was our last straw. In the past we've paid for stuffed crust 3 or 4 times and got handtossed. And tonight they decided to close at 930. We've given this place enough chances to make things right. We'll stick with frozen pizza
I got a good pizza and was greeted by the two managers and when we conversed a little, they were a bit generous when preparing my order. The order was efficiently made and we parted ways after the kind exchange.
I have given up on this particular Pizza Hut location. I love PH and this restaurant is close to my home but I will be going only to the location near my job (Mocksville NC). The Statesville spot just cannot seem to improve. Food, service is consistently (except for 1 time out of dozens) awful
