The first time I order they miss up my pizza I ordered the newyork Pepperoni and got no pepperoni just cheese sauce shaking my head
The pizza itself is good. But I always pay for extra sauce cups and seasoning packets, which I NEVER receive. I order delivery, so I can't check before I get it. Shouldn't be that hard to read someone's order and give them the right stuff.
Extremely dissatisfied with the works pizza ordered tonight. Supposed to have Canadian bacon but they cheaped out and put bits of chopped ham. No Italian sausage either. Was basically a pepperoni pizza. I would rather be told something was unavailable than get a sorry substitute. Virtually no cheese as well. Certainly not worth the price. Big fail.
Pizza was cold. Ordered the same pizza as last time and this time didn’t even taste like the same.
Papa John's pizza is pretty good, but business practices and employees at this location is holding it back. After paying near 40-dollars for my order, I was charged additional for packets of cheese and crushed pepper, really? Why Nickle and dime your customers like that? Do this establishment think they're the only one who has suffered due to the pandemic?What's worse, I had to tell the employee "FIVE" times to get a bag for my drink. He was so busy trying to charge me for something that should be included with every pizza, he expected me to carry out two large pizzas, a side, and a whole 2-liter. I don't like being petty, but they can do m7ch better.
Soooo… this will be the LAST TIME I EVER ORDER FROM THERE!! I walk in Pizza is done BUT No one is wearing a MASK OR GLOVES when preparing the food!!!! There is people making pizzas BARE HANDED and NO FACE COVERING!!! Who knows if the person handling money at the register is doing food prep also!!! Just not sanitary!!! Definitely a HARD PASS FIR ME!! I truly think CORPORATE NEED TO LOOK INTO THIS!!!
My wife ordered veggie pizza and cheesey bites, very overpriced at $33 and it wasn't even that good.
Great place to get pizza and very friendly staff....
Pizza was great...but cashier asked me if he could take my order after he ALREADY took my order... not very bright.
The people were very friendly and the food was on point. I've always liked PJ and this location has always been good and friendly.
