Zero stars actually...would not recommend! When we got our order home, I bit into my double quarter pounder with cheese, the patties were blood red. I called the restaurant as it is quite a drive for us and it was late. A crew-member answered and asked to speak with a manager. I heard in the background someone very rudely say what do they want? She said very nicely, they want to speak to a manager. I was immediately hung up on. I called right back. When they answered a different lady answered. I said, I would like to speak to your manager, and please do not hang up . She was extremely rude and said I AM THE MANAGER AND I HAD TO GO TO THE BATHROOM! I explained the situation to her. She said well, I guess you can bring the burger backup there and let me see it and we will replace it. I told her it was quite a ways out, it was late and with gas so high, I didn't want to make an extra trip tonight. She said well, I guess you will have to save it and bring it in later and we will look at it. (Like I would make that up, I wasn't asking to correct the whole 32 order!, I really wanted them to know so someone else didn't get a raw burger!) She was just so rude! My wife was sitting across the table and could not believe how loud and rude this woman was. So, I asked her name, she told me Dawn. I asked who the owner was and she said she didn't know, she thought it was Jason somebody. She told me the GM was Darin Howard. She then continued to tell me she was the only manager there and she couldn't help she had to go to the bathroom and that's why she hung up on me. I have worked with the public since I was 15 years old, I'm 49 now. Never have I spoken to a customer like that. I know good help, or any help is hard to find these days, but geesh!
Sat in line for 15 minutes, ready to order and the speaker blurted out, we have no tea, started to order again, the employee blurted out , we have no soft drinks. I ask, do you have milkshake, thr freezer is usually down, they answered yes. I said give me a milkshake with the order. I wasn't ask what size. When I got my order at the drive thru window, they had made the shake a large and also the fries were large, making the cost of my meal higher than I had planned on. Why not put signs in lot or in the window letting customers know there is no dairy products or soft drinks instead of finding out once you wait in line to finally order and then you are told, enough to make anyone upset
This McDonald's has so many problems. I always hate when people I'm with wanna go. I never leave bad reviews but it's just ridiculous at this point. Don't expect anything with ice cream 3 different times of the day we've been over a month "It's not working" honestly I think it's just being lazy and they don't want to ever clean it. Ask for large get medium, ask for a double get a single which wouldn't bother me except THEY STILL CHARGE YOU. The menu what says is available on the website is actually not when you get there like it's never updated or corrected. They didn't even have regular hot coffee. The fries were UPSIDE DOWN in the bag. The burger was slapped together disgustingly the amount of mayonnaise was so overkill some fell out immediately it was so much on that part it looked like bunch up lettuce but was pure mayonnaise. Save your money!
We have gone to this McDonald’s for years while living nearby, and my grandparents go multiple times a week. There have been a few minor issues through the years, but overall is USED TO BE a good place to go. An experience on Friday was the last straw. We went through the drive thru and had an in-app code for a free Oreo McFlurry with a milkshake purchase. We get to the drive thru speaker and put in the order. The guy asks for the code and we provide it. He mumbles a lot and seems to read back the correct order, with long pauses in between random words (long like thirty seconds to a minute between “Your total Is $7.31.”). At the first window, the same guy from the speaker confuses us with the car behind us (I’m guessing) telling us that our total is $22 for a completely different order. We tell him we were the $7.31 and he gets us the correct receipt. At the second window, the girl there is snippy and rude and shoved our food at my mom. The girl then slams the window closed. We immediately realize we didn’t get our mcflurry. The girl gets annoyed that we didn’t pull away and cracks the window. My mom explains the issue and the girl rolls her eyes and tells us to go to the next window. The woman at the third window is even ruder. We try to explain the issue and attempt to show her our receipt. She asks for the coupon. I show her the screenshot I took, but she wants to see an updated version. The app has logged me out, so I have to re-authenticate my device, with the woman audibly huffing and sighing as I load it up. We hand her my phone. She looks at the coupon and snaps that the promotion is only valid if we purchase a milkshake, to which we awkwardly hold up the one we just purchased. She glared and mutters about needing to see a code and wanders off into the back. We wait and she brings out the mcflurry a few minutes later. She shoved it at my mom and slams the window closed.Never returning to this location.
This is how I got my fries basically empty than they have the nerve to give me an attitude and make a face like I’m lying about fries. Why would I stay in a line to lie about some fries?? Please get it together here.
This McDonald's is the worst and it makes me sad because I live really close to it but tonight they have passed me off for the last time. It's 2am am my husband picked up food on his way home from work. I got a Big Mac which is my favorite but tonight I got bread, meat, 3 pieces of lettuce and a very small amount of mac sauce. My fries are cold. My husband said they weren't busy so what happened? Then they won't answer the phone
Simply wanted a small breakfast, a few McMuffins and some hotcakes. The employee taking the order was going so fast and there was no menu to see what we had already gotten, it was becoming a jumbled mess. Then we pay at one window and move to the next where an employee with purple hair had handed me a giant bag of someone else food, fries, cheeseburgers, nothing close my order. Note we were the only car waiting for food(literally no one in front of us waiting). Before we noticed the whole wrong order, I thought I’d be polite and say thank you, to which the purple haired employee slammed the window and said nothin. When we discovered we had gotten someone else’s order we turn around, go in, and go to the counter. There we watched the same purple haired employee stand there talking to another employee while we waited three feet away at the counter. The purple haired one then turned to the counter, walked to it, and proceeded to grab her keys and phone, look me in the eye, and walked back. Listened to her talk about her ordering arbys while on her phone. I lost my paitience and said “Hello?” Then the other employee walked to us and figured out what was wrong. Ignorance.
Fresh and hot breakfast! Easy on and off the highway, convenient to a gas station as well. Drive through seemed slow, and I had great luck inside. Clean bathrooms. Order was ready when I was. No indoor dining at that time.
Management is more concerned about closing than customer service. Picking up a door dash it’s taking over 15 min in drive they to get through the line. The manager on duty slid the window open and read an order to us that wasn’t ours. We let her know what order we were here to receive and she shoed us to the next window. And once we got to the second window the order was still not complete.
Drive-thru is getting better on speed but always make sure to check your food before leaving they have the tendency to forget to give you sauce or straws.
