i like mcdonald’s but this location is a train wreck. i went through the drive thru and was offended by how rudely the lady spoke at the box. i work in customer service as well and would never speak to a paying customer like that.
Says online breakfast is served until 11:00 but wouldn't let me order at 10:30. So thanks for 30 minute round trip wasting my time and gas.
Better trip then last time . Well haven't had my sandwich yet hopefully it isn't pink like my last one was

Love when I do an in store pick up via the app and then the door is locked and no one will answer the phone. Has happened in multiple occasions. Should have a way to turn off in store pickup as an option if they are not going to let you actually get your food.
Everytime we go there not once have they gotten our order right or they have forgotten something and the fries are horrible
McDonalds is always constant as far as taste and what to expect as far as quality. This visit had my wife and having to reach into the get container in order to reach them. Usually they are sticking out of the container but I'm guessing this container volume was about half of normal. Maybe it was too late to drop more but it would have been nice!
Hit the drive thru while traveling. Got a McRib combo. This sandwich just doesn't seem as good as it used to be. I've had 2 in the last 3 weeks at 2 different locations and both were lackluster. I don't feel like I'll be looking forward to the return visit of the McRib as I used to in the past.
The girl who took my order made sure that it was exactly as I asked. She was awesome. However whoever put the bag together clearly had Quarter Pounder on the sandwich box but put a chicken sandwich in it!! They were clearly not paying attention.
Not a real McDonalds fan but food is usually cooked correctly unlike other fast foods
