I want to give a really big shout out and much appreciation to Miranda at Marco‘s Pizza. I have a crew working overnight in a store in Hickory and I ordered pizzas for lunch through Uber eats. We were short one pizza, which isn’t a very big deal except that I have a bunch of hungry men in here working. So I called the store and Miranda answered. Even though she was getting off work in 10 minutes when the restaurant closed, she offered not only to make us the pizza that was missing but also to hand-deliver it to our store on her way home from work. That is customer service! And then she left so fast when she dropped off the pizza, but I was unable to give her a tip. So I just wanted to say thank you, Marco’s, for hiring such quality personnel. We appreciate it.

I picked up a pizza for lunch today for myself and coworkers. The food and service were FANTASTIC! We’ll definitely be ordering again!
Manger out side using the F??? Word during a “ maybe interview”?? Obviously the person the manager was speaking with was someone that quit. He kept telling that person that they had left them in a F???? Bind. What is he 12? Has NO skill in management or hiring! Don’t go here! Kids outside while he is using profanity!! Customer going in and out. This is in answer to the location, Statesville, NC. I won’t be going back.
We needed pizza for a birthday sleepover at our house. My wife ordered three different pizzas and four salads for the biggest pizza critics ever, four teenage boys. The pizzas were delicious. We got regular crust because that's a good choice for our group. My wife and I want to try the thin crust and the pizza bowls next time. The salads are large. We had Italian chef and Greek. Both were fresh and delicious. For a quick pizza chain you can't go wrong. Great pizza, great service, great salads. Enjoy!
Been using them for 4 years...maybe a 6 month reset in between..Back to my standards now.
They do not wash there hands I seen a boy who rubbed his head and put his hand back in the pizza toppings they do not have gloves on witch is very unsanitary I recommend a health inspector to stop by there's dirt all over very dirty they don't have hair nets on they are very unprofessional of course there going to say they had gloves on why wouldn't they they don't want to look bad u say they have gloves when handling salads and subs but u never said they needed to have gloves when making pizza witch well you should have gloves when u hand make anything them putting there hands and on there face and hair it's nasty in my opinion ami right or not.2 witnesses see them so I don't want to hear they have gloves on because they didn't

I love their wings I went there some months back and got the grill cheese pizza and wings that Sunday to had a lot of cheese but they barely put cheese on it and they made it again and still barely put cheese on it. So I was wondering if they was almost out of cheese u could see the inner crust and sauce. So I just get the bare wings without sauce when I order and nothing else.
