I don't agree with the reviews about rude, staff and pizza thats not good. I am sure we are all human and can make mistakes once or twice but when I went here pretty late one night. I actually watched a young high school gentleman that works here open and hold the door several times as customers came in and out with a smile ? on his face. ! Way to go young man, manners are very valuable and will get you far!!!!! So I think I can say the staff was very friendly and efficient and the pizza that I ordered was given to me in a matter of minutes fresh , hot and very good pepperoni pizza! Perfect job! Thanks ? so much! Very yummy in my tummy ?. I will bring up in my reviews rude staff if I have experienced it at the same place several times constantly. So some of the reviews you read may be from someone passing through here and catches someone on a bad day! We all need to try and be understanding and not so fast to jump to defensive attitude Thanks so much!
This is the absolute worse location you could go to. I kept calling to make an order and someone kept picking the phone up and hanging up. So I made an online order. I made the order at 2:43 pm and I needed it by 6pm. I went to pick the order up @ 5:30 pm and there is a handwritten sign on the door that says "We will be closing at 5pm" When the employee sees me, she ducks behind the counter as if I didnt see her. Since I saw her and I know she saw me, she decides to open the door. Long story short, they did not make my pizzas( I ordered 8) and I still have not recieved my refund. There was no communication that my pizzas were not going to be made and if I hadnt shown up early to pick them up, I wouldve never gotten answers. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! I went across to street to Dominoes and they made me 10 pizzas in 25 minutes with only 2 employees. This is unacceptable and I will be retunring to this store everyday until they refund me my money. I have called coporate and still nothing.....
Ordered my pizza online I gave them 1 hr to get it done I received an email saying my pizza was ready to pick up. I get get there and they didn't even have my pizza made !! I had to wait 30 mins for them to make it !! This is not acceptable!

The clearly were overwhelmed and quickly gave me my pizza. Raw dough. I know nobody wants to work and getting help is hard, but this is food. Not a warehouse. You can't have incompetent people in the kitchen.

Absolute worst little Caesars probably in all of NC. They are rude, slow, watch customers come in and leave because they will not greet u. Will make u wait 30 mins until they actually take your order while they all just linger around in the back. The place is nasty and always have different employees and they all seem sluggish and out if it! It's terrible!!
No good service just a bad atmosphere good for a something quick to eat
