1st time to this KFC. Drive thru staff was professional and courteous. The entire process took less than four minutes and my order was correct. I will definitely be back. Thanks.
Last 2 orders were missing an item ordered. They offered to fix it. Still had to drive 10 miles to get the order as requested. Not the only time this has happened, just the latest. Good food, getting tired of having to double check my order.
The flavor continues being the same throughout the years but the chicken was extremely greasy.
Took forever ? to get through the drive thru. Screwed up the order. No chicken livers or wings. Only two apple turnovers when I ordered four. However I was not charged for the missing items. Lobby was closed ?. Only drive thru open. Response was they were short handed.
Worst chicken sandwich I've seen yet. Coleslaw was doing the back stroke. Not going back
Horrible customer service the one drink I ordered had stuff all over the outside of the cup nasty chicken was old and tasted burnt very disappointing
Please update your hours like responsible a restaurant. You owe it to your consumers to know your actual hours. If the hours vary due to certain things please update so we’ll know and won’t waste time and gas going somewhere that’s not open.
Horrible good service but chicken was not fresh or what I expected I ordered original but I got hard fried and old as if it was cooked last year.want eat KFC no more and I will tell all my friends don't eat KFC no more.
Love love love their chicken. Any leftover chicken makes good chicken salad too.
After a 20 minute wait in the line, only 4 people in front of me, I get my order and head home only to find out that they left some of the chicken out of the order, gave me the smallest biscuit I’ve ever saw, and the gravy leaking from the container. I haven’t bothered with kfc for years and today I figured I’d give them another chance, my mistake.
