Sitting here in drive thru while two different workers are making Tic Toc videos.... shame....I seen a lady have to ask for toilet paper at front desk... and instead of going to bathroom.. to fill up the dispenser.. they handed her a huge roll.... shameful.....
Just stopping by on a trip and the food was NOT HOT and the service was iffy they acted like bc it was early we wasn't supposed to be their

Foods always pretty good. Service can be hit or miss.
I was going to get my KFC in Mooresville but the line was out onto Plaza Dr. About 12 to 14 cars deep. So I drove up to Statesville Location at Salisbury Hwy and I 77.Definitely the wrong move. I ordered 2 breast and wing combos.One with 2 sides and one with one side. Got home, only one side each and the drink order was wrong. The chicken must have been cook at lunch not at 5 pm.Worse meal I could have where tried to eat. And it cost me 20.Staff was very nice. But never again this location.
Every time I go. I have to make sure to check that everything is in the bag(s), because they seem to leave something out that I had ordered/paid for.
So the line was so long here I decided to order online. BIG mistake! Because once I did this they kept delaying when my food would be ready also you can’t cancel because you will not get your money back since they already started preparing it over 45 minutes ago. Also the line goes into the mobile order parking places so this was poorly thought out on their part because you can not use those unless you want to be blocked in by the drive thru. So not only could I pull up to get my order that is getting cold I have to wait in their line that is around the front of the building and don’t try to call they just answer and hang up immediately! Not professional and poorly staffed where the inside isn’t even open because not enough workers. So I would avoid coming here unless you are okay waiting almost a hour for food might as well go and sit down in a restaurant.
First and foremost slow af and the young workers there need to go back to school obviously they ain't learned squat about math as in counting change. New remodeling nice tho even if the service is ass???
Very quick service they got me order correct. They seem to be polite I ordered the pot pie for the first time and it was delicious!! If you like a pot pie try theirs it is flaky creamy deliciousness! I would definitely recommend anyone to give them a try I you are near by!
Have you ever got off work and wanted something quick so husband or wife didn't have to cook. Me too.I always choose this kfc because it's right off my exit, and I always regret it. I have yet to have a correct order from here. It isn't cheap neither. In summary save your time and go somewhere else.
