Ordered the chicken wrap and the Thai wrap. Both were very ??. They were both different than other wraps I've tried.... Check them out ☺️
Ordered from the drive thru and when we got home to eat our subs my husband found a strand of hair in his sub. Needless to say he did not finish it nor enjoy it.
First time at a Jimmy John's. Was on a business trip. Was close off the highway and was easy to locate. Food was delicious but couldn't get pictures as we were in and out and on the road. Staff was great and did a great job getting us taken care of. The monster cookies are a must have. Only downfall was sub was not cut all the way and made a bit of a mess trying to eat on the road. Minor detail that didn't change my impression or the taste of the food.

I used to eat at JJ in Charlotte while I was in school, so I was so excited to have a JJ here in town since I was pregnant & I craved JJ. The first few orders were always great! It was definitely Not fast, but accurate. The quality eventually went down as well. Items would be left off, no condiments in the bag, sweet tea was definitely not sweetened, & they'll tell you your order is on the way in the app, in reality, it's not. Or your order will be done & sitting there, but not updated on the app. When the deliveries have been made, they've been left outside without an update in the app, without a message stating the food is here & it can be left outside for a while before you even know it's there. Imagine paying this amount for a few subs & drinks, for them to be left outside for whatever/whomever to get them. Not okay. Hopefully the Statesville store gets their affairs in order, or they'll be the next Sonic Drive-In.
I know thus may sound petty buy I ordered extra mayonnaise for my sandwich and there was hardly any on it to taste and only 4 little strings of lettuce on it thus is the third time I've given them a chance and I will never eat here again the quality of the food has gone way down so I will look somewhere else
Never had an issue here. Everyone is really friendly and my online order is always accurate and ready when I go to pick it up.

Good place to eat but a horrible place to be a employee at. They schedule you from 11-4 and send you home around 1. They pick and choose there favorites on who gets the most hours. If you get on someones bad side there just going to write you up until they have enough write ups to fire you. The owner of the store shorts the checks about $100 each time. If you ask for a pay stub they dont have one to give you they tell you to find it yourself on a app that they never made account for you on or even mentioned. Its honestly ran by someone who doesnt know a thing about operating a business and he dont even follow the labor conduct that’s suppose to be followed by LAW. Dont get me wrong good food i would definitely eat here but never would i become a employee again.
Food was good, but the three boys running the shop this evening decided to play a bunch of explicit rap music after we sat down (it was silent before). Pretty sure they were trying to kick us out cause it was later in the evening.
