Always enjoy Jersey Mike's subs. More expensive than the other ones, but the value of the size of what you get beats all the rest.
I love Jersey Mike's. The sandwiches are always freshly prepared and the portions are very satisfying.
We like coming here for our subs. The order is usually ready on time and the workers typically give priority to the pick up guests. The only thing missing at this location is curbside pickup. That would be a help for me and it would generate the 4th star on the review.
I ordered a sub on their app. Mind you I ordered this sub at 3:05pm and here it is 4:47pm and still no sub! I contacted the store. The employee informed me they do not personally deliver orders. However, it’s through a third party called white labeled powered by Door dash. They gave me a 1888 number to call and that wasn’t a working number. So, I googled DoorDash and waited for them over 15 mins. Just for them to say that Jersey mikes sent the the wrong address. I wouldn’t be so upset if it wasn’t for me missing my break and now here at work with nothing to eat! To make matters worst they all seemed to careless. I must add Jersey Mike did offer a refund! But it was a partial refund. They charged $5.00 for whatever! ??
First off, the sandwiches at Jersey Mike’s in Statesville is awesome. However that is. It why I am writing this recommendation. I made a mistake on a large order this past Saturday using Door Dash. It was COMPLETELY my fault, but the manager Steven went out of his way multiple times making sure that my money was refunded. Not only did he call Door Dash for me, but he also followed up with me 5 days later. Door Dash had not resolved it yet so he called them AGAIN to make sure the situation was resolved for me. I am absolutely floored by his resolve to keep his customers happy and do the right thing. @Jersey Mike’s - I hope you see what an asset Mr. Steven is and reward him. He should be running his own store! Thank you Steven for being such a great manager and going above and beyond for your customers. It means a lot and I for one appreciate it.
Food is fresh and made while you wait. Great choices and they fill that sub with meats and cheeses! Too skimpy on veggies on subs though. Need to ask for extra, extra to get a good amount.
Half and hour still no order yet short staffed placed the order at 3:42 pm on Sunday 4:00 still no subs bad service
My husband ordered me a #13 regular size with extra juice and banana peppers. When we got home and pulled it out to eat, I had a mini roast beef and Swiss cheese with no additives or dressing. I was disappointed, to say the least. Feel I am owed a free sandwich.
They were super slow today, but might be the best Jersey Mike's sub I've had in a long time.
