Hit or miss. When it hits, its great. When it misses, it is WAY off. Person at the window couldnt focus long enough to take my order or get even close to being correct, gave the guy in front of me my order and then took it back from him, tried to give it to me. Some staff just dont care and put whatever they feel like putting in your bag. Oh you ordered a frisco sandwich, here are 2 sausage biscuits. But 1 or 2 of them are top notch. Order quick, order right, on your way.
My husband and I came today April 2nd to get some breakfast, they completely messed up our order. They rang 2 bacon egg and cheese combos instead of biscuit and gravy combos, we had to sit in the Drive-Thru for 15 minutes for them to fix the order. And when they finally gave us the order they gave us one container of biscuits and gravy, with a biscuit wrapped up and a side of gravy how are you supposed to eat a biscuit and gravy without a plate!!!! Are we just going to dip it in the gravy I guess. My husband went inside to try to get the food corrected everything is still closed. So he had to walk up to the drive-thru. When we finally got the order "fixed" the gravy biscuit they finally did give us gravy was all in the bag, and they didn't give us any silverware. I understand the whole entire world is short-handed but it doesn't take a genius to be properly trained.
Good food, quick service, customer service not terrible
Wish i could give a 0 starService was OK food not the greatest I have had Hardee's in other states service is better food better too. I see this restaurant shares a building with BP gas station. I stepped outside for a minute and the doors were locked and the cage between businesses that is not professional I did not even finish my food. I understand that across the US we are all short on staff that but was wrong. I will never recommend that Hardee's to anyone that I know
I always try and visit a place at least twice before I leave a review. Both times I've gotten food from here the burger was cold and tasted rancid. Avoid this place at all costs.
Haven't eaten there for a while. Still good and lower priced. Good value. Friendly and helpful service.
A little on the slow side but staff was friendly, prices were reasonable, store was clean.

Arrived at 915 ( closing at 10 ) on Thanksgiving morning for them to tell me they are out of food. I work for the food delivery service for Hardee's. I know when they get their delivery and when they get all of their delivery's. Don't lie and say your out of food. Just say you just don't wanna serve anymore food and you wanna clean and go home.
Really Bad experience. They gave me half my food, basically a Mayo sandwich, hamburger with a nasty orange smudge of whatever, wilty lettuce. They gave me sweet tea twice after I told them I couldn't drink sweet tea. As I left with what I thought was my correct order, these girls are giggling.... twenty dollars gone. What a waste. Don't stop here unless you want a stomach Bugg, just keep driving.
