Ordered a chicken croissant today and some coffee, it’s my usually order. I got no cheese and a child’s portion of chicken on my sandwich. Whoever took my order, rang the item up as a Chicken Bacon Sandwich and that is not what I ordered: I figured I’d just eat it anyways since I paid for it, but I took one bite and pulled out a bright blonde hair from my mouth. How delicious. Definitely disappointed with Dunkin’ today.
Usually gets your order right and their food and drinks are great.
Their coffee might be good, but I bought a half dozen donuts and they were all stale. Just as I remember. I wish there was a Krispy Kreme in Statesville. Geesh.
I love this Dunkin...Today, I was not too satisfied with the way I was talked to but that is only one person... We will see how it is in the future...
Better service and and food here then the location on turnersburg, yes it maybe closer to home but I rather drive to broad street and know they have what I want ?
It's honestly hit or miss here with the food being hot or cold, but I've never had an unpleasant experience. Will continue to visit!

Placed order in advance and they had my order ready as promised. Would be 5 stars, except for a stale bagel with cream cheese.
Friendly staff good service
This morning at 5am, my husband stopped at the Dunkin Doughnuts and the guy working the drive thru was handling money, people's cards, touching the register and handling food all without gloves. Something needs to be done or people will get sick.
