Pizza was lacking sause and dough was very thin, the pasta bread bowl I ordered came as just a pasta bowl and was told I would have to wait for them to correct it.Customer service was lacking heavily here along with what was mentioned, and they left me on hold for 10 minutes, had to call from another number to get an answer and at the end they just hung up. Not even a goodbye or have a nice night, nothing.I won't be ordering from here anymore
Literally just caught the delivery driver eating my parm bread bites!! I will never order from here again for work or personal! Wonder how many other times she’s dipped her fingers in peoples food.
Had to take my pizza home and cook it more because it was doughy and barely cooked, even when I asked for *WELL DONE* which was also on the receipt.
Would not deliver said they were seriously under staffed and I picked up my pizza and it was cold
This place is hit or miss. I have received some good pizza's there, but the last two pizza's I purchased were misses. I paid for a lot of dough and very little else. The cheese, sauce and toppings were all on the extremely skimpy side. Ordered chicken and pineapple and got 5 or 6 tiny pieces of chicken on the entire pizza and virtually no sauce or cheese.
???Ordered on line. 1 pizza w/veggies but we're very skimpy. 2nd very cheesy & good. Sub was horrible at any price. But, CHASE was WONDERFUL to bring to my car, explain things about new site, & so polite. CHASE GETS 5 STARS even if some food not up to standards.???WAY TO GO CHASE???Give my review a ? when you read them & I'll do more.???
The whole franchise of Domino's Pizza has took a major turn down hill I can't seem to either get what I ordered right or get my food at all. They always make it right being the only reason why I gave 3 stars but their food is not even worth the aggravation lately.
I don’t even want to give 1 star. We ordered pizza online at 9:03 pm and waited an hour and called the store. We were told the store had closed early due to employees leaving and all orders were cancelled. So instead of notifying us, they were just going to refund and not let anyone know. The guy then proceeded to hang the phone up on my husband while he was talking. Very rude and disrespectful. We will not be ordering from there ever again!
Domino's can be dicey depending on location - these folks have done quite well. Manager is great - good food, on time, well managed.
2 hours .... sub cold and dried out bread broken This was bad .
