I rate this DQ a zero. Slow service and the employees have absolutely no people skills. Save your money and go elsewhere.
This Dairy Queen is the worse, I sat in drive thru behind a car for 12 minutes (from 8:45-8:52) it took the car in front of me 5 minutes to order. They were done at 8:57, I get to the intercom and the GM Shanika said we are closed and not taking anymore orders we don’t care because we have a family to get home to. Shanika was standing in the dining room talking to her friends instead of seeing that customers were getting waiting on. When a business is advertised as closing at 9:00 pm, that is when the last order is taken, not close it down at 8:57 pm. When she was asked what is corporates number, Shanika said I don’t know, go ask someone at Circle K. Shanika needs a reality check because customers are how she gets a payday, if she doesn’t like doing her job then she needs to quit and let someone else do it. The owners need to come down and do a surprise visit to see how these workers operate this store.
DO NOT, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Pretzels COLD and hard like they been sitting, instead of calling to argue I would just go home & heat them up but even no salt either ? Pathetic!! Then a 6$ brownie and Oreo ice cream cheese it’s no Oreos & very little brownie I would never visit this location ! Lazy people and people who have no care in the world !
What happened to the ice cream? It’s not the same! Taste like ice milk and melts down to a water like milk. Not the quality of ice cream you normally get. I’ll just save my money and find another place to get ice cream even if I have to just get it from the grocery store and whip it up my self. So disappointed!
Good service but the vanilla ice cream was not creamy as usual it had a ice taste to the ice cream. We had to throw away 2 mini blizzards due to ice taste.
The worst ice cream ever. It was hard not fluffy. The color and texture was weird. My husband and I were avid customers. Not anymore!!
if i could give ZERO starts i would. DO NOT EAT HERE! the ice cream i received looked a little off in color compared to the DQ i’m used too going to! but i really didn’t think anything of it at the time. I at half of a medium vanilla cone and started feeling sick to my stomach! had to pull over in the car to throw up! and my stomach is now killing me! i used to work at A DQ, if you don’t clean the machines and the part that holds the ice cream liquid daily it starts to turn yellow and smell like spoiled rotten milk! thanks a lot lazy MFers for making me sick! i should have known better when i saw the color and texture of the ice cream was different! ?
Drove 30 min craving a blizzard to find out it states open till 9 and closed at 6:30 when we got there. Prices are high with small portions to begin with and it seems to depend on location for that. This store is giving dairy Queen a bad rep.
We went to this location last night at 745 8am and dining room was closed for what? Theirs no covid mandates and the 4 or 5 people that was there were rude. It says dining room open online? We got our baby out and everything to find out doors was locked. Then they all kept staring into our car all 5 of them? Like it was awkward they was rude didn't turn the blizzars upside down like they were supposed to and when asked for a mint brownie blizzard with no brownie chunks he's still supposed to get the chocolate pieces? Yeah no we was giving half of a cup of green ice cream that wasn't even mixed all the way.
Waaaaaayyyyy OVERPRICED!!!What happened to good food at a great price, and WAT too many ice cream flavors. DQ's head got swole over the past 10 years, rediculs!!!!!
