Great good and absolutely great service by a mature adult
I will start with the positive since I don't like giving bad reviews. The service was great. I confess I haven't been to a cracker barrel in a few years but wow has this place gone down hill. Portion sizes were absolutely paltry. I had biscuits and gravy which included three of the smallest, most tasteless biscuits I've ever seen or had. Honestly I could have gone to McDonald's and paid half and got biscuits three times the size. My wife had chicken French toast which apparently is made with regular sandwich bread these days and came with two of the thinnest, smallest most overcooked pieces of fried rubber one could imagine. No more huge fluffy goodness of the past I guess. Overall I would compare the food quality to a waffle house but with smaller portion sizes. Won't be back. Just save your money folks, cracker barrel is on the way out of business.
The breakfast we had was hot and fresh, the pancakes are very good! We miss waffles! Sweet tea was very good!
I have never eaten at this Cracker Barrel but it was AMAZING like all the other ones I have eaten at. I took a day trip with my 10yr old son to Statesville to meet my fiance (he was working out of town there)it was his birthday. The food was so good and the service was also good. It was fairly busy, but when you have such good food and good service you can expect a business to be busy!! I love CRACKER BARREL!!
Sad, worst cracker barrel experience ever. Service was very slow, and our food was cold when we got it. We had three children with us and after waiting a good amount of time did not want to wait to get the food hot. I asked to see the manager, and he graciously discounted our bill. We do understand that everyone is short-staffed right now, but we could have been given a heads up. As well as been served hot food. There is nothing on the breakfast menu that I choose to eat cold. Particularly eggs.

Went for curbside and order was incomplete. That was second time it happened. Food was barely warm when got home. Although, manager fixed it and received two free dinners. Won't get curbside again. Go sit down and eat definitely.
Ordered online for carryout. None of the food was hot. Ordered chicken fried chicken that comes with gravy on it and there was no gravy whatsoever. No gravy on the potatoes as Ordered. Our order included an extra side of gravy and got maybe a table spoon of gravy in the container. Went back inside to get gravy on the chicken and potatoes as it was supposed to be and the lady had an attitude. The side of gravy was apparently "correct" portion size. $2-$3 for a little bit of gravy is ridiculous. Got no butter, jelly, condiments nor utensils with our order either. Not to mention for 4 meals received 3 little biscuits. Got home to open up the chicken and dumplings that was also ordered just to try a bite and realize they were not cooked all the way. This is the second or third time in a row that we have ordered carryout and our order has been incorrect. Past few times sides were completely forgotten. Do not recommend getting carry out at all.
The grist was just like water steak tips it might have been four pieces and doordash goes 30 miles past my house then come back after they passed my house when they left the Cracker Barrel I stay 7 minutes away
We had a hearty breakfast! There are a lot of choices for breakfast and dinner The broiled catfish is superior at Cracker Barrel!
