Always feel welcomed service is always awesome
I called at 11 am to reserve a table for 15 at 6:30 pm for my daughter's 21st birthday. I even got a confirmation text. My son arrives a little early and the hostess has no clue what he's talking about and tells him 45 minutes, even though they only have a few tables. YES, I know everyone is short staffed, meanwhile I call on my way like I was asked to do and told thanks we'll see you soon. Then my son says call back and ask whoever you talked to if he knows what is going on, I call back, the guy said I'm in the back but I'll go see what is wrong. Guess what, we arrived 6 minutes later and wait 10 more, the guy never comes up to see if he can help us and the hostess is just looking at us like we're in her way. So my son called Applebee's, Come on over, we will seat you now. Excellent choice, we couldn't have had a better experience!! So drive on by Chili's and give Applebee's your business. They appreciate you.
Good polite server. Good food...pricy like everything else now!! But wanted to relax and celebrate my Grandaughter's High School and Early College Graduation today!!She wanted to eat at Chillis so that's where the 10 of us went..We enjoyed the family dining in the relaxing atmosphere. ?
I was in there with Erik Estrada lastnight and the people there were awesome to us. Had us seated in like 5 minutes and they were severely understaffed. Once people in there realized who he was, they did nothing to make us feel uncomfortable at all. The manager and the staff were awesome and we would definitely go back.
Can't say enough our waitress was the bomb but I didn't catch her name. Tried something new, a California club sandwich. Had a toss up of chic enchilada soup or southwest. I liked the 2nd one the best.
Though understaffed( everyone is), the service was excellent. We ordered one of the 25$ deals for 2. It was delicious and well worth it.
Customer service is ridiculous, spilled drinks at our table, wait was 45 minutes, Go to Mooresville chili's it's so much better and friendly. Avoid! If I could give this a negative star or two I would. I hope the management reads this review.
Usually it's really good. But this time, our service was not good. Kristen was our server and was rude. I told her it was my mom's 60th birthday and she did nothing. They weren't busy at all. We had to wait forever just to get our drinks (non alcoholic). I was very disappointed.
Thankfully with this pandemic that my husband and I was able to sit down and have a meal together at a nice restaurant. I called ahead of time and made reservations and my wait was less then 10 mins. Things was a little hard for the waitresses and waiters with some of the customers getting cranky but they was short staffed, everyone needs to take that into consideration when eating out now days.
Service was very slow. My daughter asked them to sing because it was my birthday lunch. The singing never happened. The restaurant was NOT busy at all.
