We sat in the drive through forever and could see our food sitting on the counter and they just kept taking other cars their food. I don’t understand why they put a number on your windshield when they literally don’t have the same number with your food and they don’t even pay attention to who is first in line. Just stupid in general. The foods good though.

The fact that it's always busy it tells you this place is great. Though you got to be patient because you will always find a line. Salads are delicious, only 3 options but all good. All their sandwiches ? good too. And the staff never forgets anything in your order unlike other fast food places. Definitely always a lunch stop for me.

Sometimes the food is hella greasy. Also, if you should pull up 5 minutes before breakfast ends, or load up the app, they will not let you order lunch pre-emptively to get you out of line. They will hold up the entire line for you. Also, y'all's sauces are so small.

I always get the cob salad. I come home home and put it in a huge pink bowl, fluff it up and add my lite dressing. Two people could eat on this but I eat like a rabbit so it's all mine.

It was so good to see the dining area open and get to sit down and eat. Dad (age 93) and I went in. He wanted a chicken sandwich from Chick-fil-A, so that's where we went. Food was good as always. They were very nice to him and several employees and customers thanked him for his service. I appreciated that, and I know it tickled him.

I give 5+ stars!!!!! No matter how long the line looks from 21 or how many orders are ahead of you online, this exact location is the fastest cleanest and greatest serving restaurant in all of Statesville!!! ALL the staff are there ready to help and assist each other, never have I had a bad experience Keep up the amazing hard work and thank you ALL for what you do!

Paper towel despisers in the mens restroom are not in a good place. They block part of the standing area at the sink making it very difficult for someone with disabilities to use sink. The accessible stall does not have a sink.

Exceptional customer care, polite, & friendly... Even though they were extremely busy they saw to our refills, helped with a question, & didn't make us feel like we were interrupting! Clean, bright atmosphere, & fresh flowers at the tables. I mention this because we live near a CFA that doesn't have flowers, you feel like you're imposing if you ask for something, & rarely hear "it's my pleasure". Statesville obviously has excellent training & great work atmosphere. We'll be returning!

After ordering $60 worth of food for my crew including six sandwiches 30 nuggets and 2 gallons of drinks, the assistant manager of the store told me that I couldn’t have two extra cups for my crew. He told me that if I needed two more cups I would have to buy them even though I bought 2 gallons of drinks and a ton of food! I will never go back to Chick-fil-A. Two empty cups cost them a $60 order and a lifetime customer who won’t buy Chic-fil-A for their business or their family ever again. David Watson, you need to train your managers better.

Me and my GF come there on a fairly regular basis and almost every time we come we are greeted by Eric. Myself and my GF both think he is the quickest, most professional, friendliest and just beats all other employees at being a joy to be around. He is always super upbeat and always has a smile and as constantly super positive. If youre in a bad mood when you enter Chick-fil-a and have the opportunity of interacting with Eric you will have a smile when you leave. That is just the type of guy he is.My GF told me that he has been working there since she was in Elementary school (10+ years ago) and i have to wonder why he hasn't been placed in upper management.Maybe he enjoys doing what he does or maybe management cannot afford to lose an employee as good as himself from front of house but either way my GF and i are both happy there are employees such as Eric here to make our day just a little brighter whenever they get the privilege of interacting with him.
