Came here 4 times since I've started working in Statesville 3 of those times my food has been wrong or just forgotten. The girls working during lunch are rude.Just go to one of the other restaurants nearby
7:45 AM on a Friday morning. Peak time for breakfast customers. Lights are on. Employee vehicles in the parking lot. Pulled up to the drivethru to order. Waited several minutes and no one came over the speaker to take my order. I drive to the window hoping they are just having an issue with the speaker. No one there. Lights are on the kitchen but not the dining room. No service at all. Absolutely ridiculous. Tried to complain on their website but it doesn't even recognize the address of the Taylorsville Hwy location as valid. Need to fire everyone that works there and start over with staff that actually wants to work.
Since no stars were an option, unfortunately they get one. This location SUCKS, poor management, unfriendly workers, and most of them don’t even wear hats. It’s ghetto!! I sat in drive thru for almost 20mins just to get home and all my food wasn’t in my bag. They need new management PERIOD.
This is by far the worst Burger King I have ever dealt with. They are ALWAYS out if something. They tell you what you can order. They don't honor any Burger King deals like the 2 for $5. I don't know why or how they are still in business!!! Customer service is non existent, and the staff thinks its funny when a customer is upset and dissatisfied. Whoever owns this Burger King should close up shop and move on!!
Can't even get an order right because the employees are too busy messing around and being lazy. Will not be coming here again.
Very poor service, I placed an order online and the lady tried to argue with me. When I pulled up she tried to charge me again and got angry when I told her I already paid. I understand you’re busy but still no reason to be a jerk.
The lights at this location are off every night. The workers are stoned out of their minds all the time at night. They don't have half of the menu available once the sun sets. Complained several times, burger king doesn't care. It's like they don't want the business. Don't place mobile orders here. They can't handle them.
Everything was good but the fries was not fresh. Especially at night time fries should be cook to order. You know you don't want old fries as well.
Good friend service they got our order correct it's a big improvement from what this location was . I drove away not remembering my Girls drink the lobby wasn't open what a bummer so I walked through the driveway window and they had it waiting for me.
Whopper is still a sandwich to be reckoned with, prefer the nugs over the fries. Resist the urge to go around 6pm - they change shifts or swap tills or something the whole place comes to a standstill. Not bad at 5:30pm. Good sausage biscuit at breakfast.
