Absolutely disappointed 0 STARS IF POSSIBLE!!!!!! I ordered a 4 piece supreme meal and I literally got 4 supremes the size of McDonalds nuggets!!!! And on top of the the fries were half way filled up like someone ate half of my entire meal!!!!!! I gave 5 star 2 yrs ago but I have never been that dissatisfied with bojangles unless they learn how to communicate for one and give you wanted or actually what I ordered I will not be back and will definitely not recommend this bojangles to anyone from now on! Horrible. Oh and a burnt biscuit to go with it! Also after trying to eat it, I realized it was so over cooked or reheated multiple times that the chicken was extremely hard like the biscuit, i would have rather ate my seat belt, and also it was cold as well and was giving the wrong sauce along wi the the rest of my food I ordered cajun biscuit and and a side of gravy. To top it off I donated money for the metal of honor so you would think they would take better care of all the supporters for our [email protected]
I would not give this Bojangles one star. I placed my order at drive thru. waited patiently to get to the window. I sat at the window five minutes and the young lady told me to pull up and they would bring me my food, After waiting in my car 15-20 minutes I walked into an empty store with a bunch of kids laughing and having a grand time in the back. I asked about my order and there was laughing like they just did not care. I asked for a manager and some young kid walked up and was totally clueless, said he was busy with the truck. The laughing and fun continued until I said I was contacting management. My advise to you is maybe better training on customer service and check your cameras for the partying and playing going on! DO NOT GO TO THIS BOJANGLES .
The employees were super nice. Little bit of a wait, but seems like everyone in Statesville was busy that night... Had to get my dad his favorite steak biscuit from his favorite restaurant...
We ordered regular Chicken sandwiches to go and down the road we got spicy chicken and couldn't eat them..everything else was ok
Food is always hot and fresh. Employees always friendly. It is however a BiG pain to get back out of going left back to interstate during heavy traffic. Be patient and not in a time crunch.
The food is usually very good and they wait is not too long.
Love the chicken biscuit and dirty rice. Yummm...

The food was awesome, the service was horrible, rude, and disrespectful. The managers talked to the employees like . . . . Dogs, slaves. I can understand why the employees was ?? . To see how Bojangles operates and treat employees on Turnersburg Hwy, let's just say I hope you have self control and a cold heart cause it's hard to watch.
