Worst Bojangles in the county, well ordered online and had curbside pick up waited 30 mins. No one comes, go to the drive thru have to wait 15 mins for food. Food is never fresh and it's not like the old Bojangles, this location is only good during early morning when the older staff is working. Because the teenage working working I never consistent. They need better Management in the afternoons to run this business better, Bojangles is a North Carolina business and I love anything that's from the state of North Carolina this location needs to improve
Stopped for a early evening meal (8:30). Ordered supremes and pintos. Waited 15 minutes to order. Crswled to the window, paid and received my drink. Was instructed to pull ahead. Waited 20 minutes and no food. Went inside to ask about my order. No one seemed to know about it. Demanded my money back. Waited another 10 minutes. Will not be back.
The food is normal good. Last time I was there the man making my chicken sandwich slid it across from the back and it fell on the floor still it the box . One lady I guess it was the manager and they told the girl getting my food to just change the box I was standing there so they make me a new one took the other one out and put it in a container on the counter to apparently give to someone else, otherwise I would have thought it would have been trashed in a can. There is normally a line they take a few orders go fill them and come back and take more.
Went to the Bojangles an I wanted to order a 2 piece w/ both legs… the lady went on to tell me since the chicken shortage you can’t pick what you want in a dinner! Well I do not eat thighs an had to change my whole order! I worked all over NC an NOT ONCE has a Bojangles have done this!So if you are a person like me don’t GO there due to they would rather lose a customer than give try to help!Now I see why you have a 3.8 google score an I am wondering how they got that! None of the people working on 4/8 at 2:15 gave a care about the customers they looked like they hate being there! I would fire the whole team an start fresh!
Back to our old ways. Almost 20 mins after ordering to get our food. Ordered supremes and a breast and wing meal. Lots of smiling happy faces working. Dining room empty.
Always making new rules 2 days ago I substitute chicken n Now today. It’s my money I pay for wat chicken I want right? fries was cold still after they pulled me to wait for fresh fries not to mention if I ever come to this location they are never open jus always a problem now smh
Literally live across the street. Everytime we stop by to order, every order is wrong and or missing something. Tonight we went a little later than usual and they were mad because they had 30 mins to close. I ordered all large combos and received all small fries that barely had even a hand full of fries in them and all of our large drinks were so watered down we ended up just tossing them in the trash. Regardless of the time a customer comes in to eat, they should be respected all the same. This was our last straw with this bojangles. We’ll go across town for now
Either this place is just really busy or they're just really slow inside it is taking me 25 minutes to get through a drive-thru. Why they don't have the door's unlocked is ridiculous on a Saturday morning
Took 25minutes to get my order!! This is the third time i come in there and all the employees do is play around, and the majority are on their phones. My cashier was having a full on phone conversation while taking my order…..
Its Bojangles... you'll pay them your money and you'll likely eat whatever is in the bag. :)Sweet tea always taste a bit off at this location.
