Picked up 2 quarts of ice cream on 3/31/22 drove back home to hickory and when we tried it something didn’t seem right so we checked the expiration date and sure enough they were both expired by almost 9 months
We had to repeat our order twice at the intercom and 3 times at the window (it was 3 shakes) because the teenager taking our order was too busy playing on her phone to pay attention.We waited about 15min for our order while the line behind us backed up.Finally the teenage girl who couldn’t get our order straight walked by the window, noticed we were still sitting there, and stared pointing to our ice cream that had been sitting on the counter. She came to the window and tried to give us one cup of ice cream which WASN'T OUR ORDER.We waited longer and finally they brought 2 milkshakes that were half melted and looked like they had just dumped ice cream in the cup.I have had plenty of shakes from here and these looked horrible!We asked to see a manager but of course no one was on duty.If we’re paying $15 for milkshakes I expect better service than this.Terrible experience.
MONIQUE, Thank you for my chocolate peanut butter milkshake. You made it happen even though the ice cream and peanut butter was extremely hard. I look forward to it each time I come to Statesville for my doctor appointment. It is my treat afterwards. Thank you again!
Got to store at 7:12 pm. Closes at 7:30 pm. Got our ice cream, sat down to eat it, and were told by girl behind the counter, who did NOT wait on us, that we are not allowed to eat inside because they are closing at 7:30. Mind you it's about 7:15 at the time. We go to an outside table and a gentleman pulls up to the drive-thru and is told "we're actually closed now." It was 7:20 pm. Again, closes at 7:30 pm.
The bagel is so bad.
Just came by there and all the doors were locked. There were 3 customers inside tasting ice cream samples. Went to the drive through and no one answered, yet there was 2 cars who already ordered and were waiting on their order. The sign says they close at 10pm.
Ordered an ice cream cake for my husband on July 6, charged on my CC same day. Confirmation email received for my order for pickup today. Called the store manager had no clue, said would call me back, never did. Tried calling, no answer or went to VM. Left several messages, still no response.Terrible customer service ???
My step daughter wanted to go through drive through today to get her a coffee. My daughter and I decided to get ice cream while we were there. I wanted an ice cream sundae and at the speaker the guy asks what flavor do I want? I didn’t notice the flavor at the bottom and I was like where’s your flavors and he didn’t even bother to answer me so I just went with chocolate. Pull up to the window to get my order and I’m handed a scoop of chocolate ice cream and I ask “this is a sundae?” She’s like oh yeah you got a sundae just keep that. Okay. So I get my sundae and there’s more whipped cream that fills up the cup than there was ice cream and chocolate syrup, thank goodness I had that other scoop of ice cream to make up the difference. Get it together. For the price of one scoop on a sundae i should get my money’s worth.

Doors and google state open til 10 PM. Get there 849 PM girls inside lights out finally say they close at 8pm. If u care about customers then at least update all the information. Seeing all the other reviews they r terrible. I respectfully request the owner to read the reviews and make improvements or will probably lose the business all together. Both Baskin Robbins and Dunkin Donuts r two of my favorite but if no changes I will not come back!
