From central NY and while traveling stoped at this Arby’s ….I somehow left my phone there and chalked it up as lost… I called Arby’s and talked to several people and were all Courteous and polite… the manager had my phone and his only concern was returning my phone… he set it up to have ups deliver it and I cannot thank him enough…. Great people at this location
Stopped late 4/8/22. It was the cleanest fast food restaurant I've been to in two years. Staff was excellent and courteous. Order was filled quickly.
They actually got my order correct ? and the food was hot and fresh.
The food was hot they gave us all the sauces that we needed. All the food was right. Good place to eat.

The roast beef was thin sliced and yummy. Not over cooked. Service was excellent as well.

We ordered the new cheesesteak sandwich and they didn't have the right bread thawed .. .had to go back because they forgot my fries....friendly enough employees but it was obvious they were new.
