I've never seen such bad customer service. Everytime we go there and ask for a shake they say the machine is not working. BS just lazy people and bad management. The one on Old Taylorsville Rd. More lost customers. Same thing is said at McDonald's next to them .

Went today around 5:00 for dinner waited 10-15 minutes and drive-thru line just to be told all employees went on a 30 minute lunch break at once I get that there's a pandemic but that's just insane when you have three people also in drive-thru

They always make the food perfect and made to order!! Love the new caramel milkshake!! ?

My food was hot and fresh overall that was great . Waiting in drive thru not the fastest at this location but I'd eat here again.

Have fun waiting in line 20+mins only to be told not taking cards only cash . I go to atm wait forever again only to get home and not have my food in the bag and my daughter's food that was there was dry nearly burnt . Spend your cash elsewhere .they're over priced. They didn't give me a receipt so I couldnt even do much about the missing food I was charged for

Friendly service. Only problem I've had is obvious lack of knowledge preparing certain items. Specifically the Market Fresh roast turkey and Swiss. I get a different version every time I go to Westpark. Last nights version had bacon on it, which it doesn't get. I noticed that sometimes the bread is toasted, which was not the case when I first got them years ago. It seems that since it may not be a big seller that the cooks aren't sure how to make it and are just winging it. Maybe some simple re-training?

Good staff, but the food quality has nosedived to the point i just can't eat it as anymore. most disappointed with the roast beef items, meat is never cooked well like it used to be and never ever sliced thin and neat like it used to be. Meat is sliced thick and gross and tough to crew. Wretched and gagged on my sandwich today, so i am done until they figure out how to make food like they used to.

Was not pleased. Sandwich was not freshly made. Curly fries were either refried or overcooked. Dry and not hot just warm.

I despise giving a rating of 3 out of 5 to a place with decent customer service. I mean, the staff was nice polite, and professional. However, my complaint mainly comes from the food itself.I ordered the turkey sandwich, curly fries, and a medium Coke zero with no ice. The fries are amazing as I come to expect from the few times I ordered from Arby's, but the sandwich is where things fall off. The bread tasted fresh, but many bites was all bread and very little meats. For a fast-food chain that praise "We have the meats," I was honestly expecting more.The only time I got a sufficient amount of meat is when I bit into the middle. The veggies with the combination of bread felt like I was eating a vegetarian sandwich. What's worse, the veggies weren't all too fresh either.I know times are hard because of covid, but for $9.60, I could've gotten much more at other places (even subway right across). With more meats - the thing praised so much, this sandwich could've felt more complete.Note: Below is a picture that shows the quality of lettuce.
