I drove up to the window at 10:20pm trying to order & a guy told me I couldn’t order because they were closed.They were rude tonight & didn’t respond when I stayed there & asked for them again.The website says it closes at 11pm NOT 10:20pm.This isn’t the first time I’ve been turned away or spoke to rudely. The staff isn’t very nice & im tired of being treated this way. Your Customer service needs extreme improvement.
I normally do not do reviews but the last two times we have gotten food from this Arby’s the order has been wrong and/or missing items. Tonight, my son bit into his chicken sandwich and it was raw inside?. Also, when we ordered we were told they were out of roast beef. I will not be back.
Went there today and got a Market Fresh Turkey and Swiss...got home and it was NOT turkey and didn't have the normal things that are supposed to come on it either! Had so much mayo and spicy mustard that it was over bearing to eat and missing the onion completely... I've ate this sandwich so much I know!! No more going to that location!
Bread was stale and the meat tasted old. It had dark edges like it was reheated. The fries and Cheese sticks were actually good as they were made fresh and hot. So 2 stars for that.
We wanted tea and soda but they had none. We brought a coupon to the window, as requested. We said what we wanted, which was all on the coupon, the cashier asked a few questions, we answered. She was neither friendly nor unfriendly. We paid. We parked, as requested, and waited 15 minutes to get our food. When it came out the type of fries were wrong. We took it all in stride but then, too far from the restaurant, we realized one item, which was on the receipt, was missing. That, on top of everything else, is what led to this review.
Asked explicitly while ordering for a specific condiment. Asked again when I got to the window if she put it in the bag and yes was her answer. Needless to say when I got home with 3 sandwiches @ $18, there was not even one horsey sauce in the bag. Called the phone number and the girl told me I could come and get it and hung up on me! Well well well! What customer service is that!
To me this meat looked pretty raw and it was. Had to cook again .
I really do not understand how roast beef is the main star of your business but yet you're out, poor planning.
This establishment's service was terrible. They were completely out of soft drinks, no sauce for the chicken nuggets they were advertising.
They changed the bread on the classic roast beef which was nasty. They only had tea or water I got tea I tasted it it tasted like the needed to clean the tea jug out. When I looked at the bottom of the cup stuff was floating around in the tea. Lobby is closed. And they didn’t give us straws.
