It's my daughter's 21st birthday and she requested to go to a similar restaurant also in Statesville, I call and reserve a table for 6:30 and even get a confirmation text. When some of our party arrives they know nothing about it, barely acknowledge we're there. My son calls Applebee's and they can seat us now, we drive up the street and WOW what a difference. We were lucky enough to have Zari as our server. She didn't even blink when we went in. She waited on our party of 15 like we were family and friends ❤️, our food was exceptional and the drinks ? were never empty!! Thanks for helping make her 21st birthday memorable and fun!!!
Ordered takeout, drove 20 minutes to pick it up, got back home and it’s missing an entire entree. I only ordered 2. Drove back to pick it up, not receiving the extra condiments I paid for which I let go. But after eating the chicken it was like they were trying to make me a diabetic with how salty it was. I couldn’t even eat 2 tenders. Complete waste of money and time!!! They refuse to answer the phone no matter what line you call to get it rectified. Terrible customer service terrible food. I hope someone reaches out to me. do not recommend

Food was good, there was a lot of staff there but they were too busy talking around bar than actually bring you a fork, got salad after my meal was there, and only got it cuz I ask if it was ordered or forgotten.
Ended up here because most restaurants had a long wait. We were pleasantly surprised. They sat us quickly. The server was friendly and helpful. We had the bacon burger and the chicken cheese bacon sandwich. The chicken sandwich was amazing. It was our favorite sandwich and was unexpected. There was a deal to add wings for $1. Good deal but the boneless wings were not our favorite
Experience could have been better. Thankfully my food was pretty good but the waitress did not have the best attitude and the manager wasn't much better. If someone tells you something is wrong with the food, you don't stand there and practically argue with them about it. Hint, don't get the ribs cause they another person at our table got them and they were so tough and horrible looking.
Food was excellent. Service was so-so. Had to have someone sweep up the mess that was right by the table they took us to sit at (mind you that there were plenty of open tables and booths that were clean). They literally took us to the only one in that section which was not cleaned (who does that?) And then had an attitude when I brought the mess to their attention.
The food here is reliable and really pretty good. I've had steaks here that were better than steaks at places costing twice as much.The staff are friendly and personable. Service is always quick.
Tried to put in a to go order over the phone. Once I finally made it through the automated phone service to a real person, she forwarded me to the manager for no reason. The manager then hung-up on me for again no reason. If you are looking for service this is definitely not the place to get receive it from.
Been driving across the country over the past year working my way back east a little disappointed with this Applebee's it's okay I'm still going to frequence the establishments, I think it's because they're next to a major steakhouse that seems to draw all the customers away. The food is always consistently good I had the Cajun salmon tonight it was excellent!
