I don’t normally complain but we went through the drive thru this evening and it seemed like nothing but kids, no management, very sloppy customer service. It was not that busy, very poor communication to customers. The person waiting on us gave us someone’s debit card, thank goodness we noticed. She mumbled, very sloppy communication and didn’t seem to care. Looking inside, not professional and messy. Kids were drinking, on the phone and 1 person was making drinks but I don’t see how they could tell what was new, clean or dirty. I work in foodservice and customer service. I honestly didn’t care to eat when we left.
They got my order wrong on 5/25 I was on my lunch break so couldn’t go back to get it fixed . They actually gave me someone else order. I called and they put my name in book so I go back today 6/1 ( the next working day where I come to Smithfield nc) to pick up the corrected order and it was wrong again ... I didn’t have time to wait I had to be back at work and their line was long. The employee was nice about it and said she would go get me a free meal card then came back and said her manager said no . What a joke of a manager. Plus I ordered another online order and paid for that and it was missing the extra sauces that clearly shown on my ticket . Smithfield location Is going downhill and manager wasn’t helpful
If I could give this restaurant a 0 star review I would. Our family is big time Zaxby's fans, we even had Zaxby's catering our wedding. However, this was by far the WORST experience at this restaurant we've ever had. There were so many flies in the dining area that we had to cover our food while eating, my husband ended up killing at least 9 just while we waited for our food to be prepared. The ladies room was disgustingly dirty like it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time even though there was only one other person in the restaurant while we were there. The fries were undercooked and the chicken fingers were stringy and just not good at all. We ended up throwing our food away and wasting over $30 because we were so disgusted by this location.Please do better!
Zaxby's has the best 'fast' food chicken tenders around. Whenever we're passing through the southeast the closest Zaxby's is one of the first things I look for.The tenders are usually my go to order, but everything else I've tried has been good, just not as good as the tenders.The staff have always been friendly and helpful. Service can be a little slow sometimes, but it's worth the wait.
Unfortunately the dining room was closed, so drive thru only. The chicken sandwich was extra dry but the rest of the meal was excellent.
Waited for a long time for our food. Five cars behind us came and went before we got our food. One of us ordered a fizzy fruit punch & got what we could only guess was Mello yellow, who knows? We had 2 dinners with Cole slaw, got one set of utensils, 4 drinks, got 3 straws, I mean ... really? It took as long as it did and they STILL didn't get it right. Not good ...
The food is good. Sometimes I get the salad/w /fried chicken or the wings and things. Been doing drive through pass year. Good service
Ordered thru the mobile app. Went inside to pick up order and the restaurant was packed with maskless people. Waited about 7 mims for my order and never received it. I had to call once I got back to the car and someone brought my food out. Very disappointed.
I love eating here!! I mostly love going here for that one cutie with the green hair!! shes so sweet and kind! cant wait to come back!
Good besides the fries they did not put any seasoning so I give a 3
