Always fast friendly service. Food taste great and is always fresh made and served hot!! Best hot dogs !!
We enjoyed our visit here! The burger tastes awesome. Loved the grilled flavor and super fresh toppings. Also, they checked on us periodically. Customer service is awesome! I also enjoyed the atmosphere, it was very relaxed. Good food, cozy feel. We'll be visiting when we're in Smithfield.

Came to visit the outlets and wanted a local atmosphere. I don't regret this decision at all. The staff was super friendly and the meal was served quick and fresh.
Very friendly and fast service! While the menu may not have a wide variety, the burgers and fries we ordered were prepared quickly and with everything we wanted on them. The owner came around to introduce himself and ask how lunch was. We spoke with him for a short time and talked about our activities on this particular day. I find that the smaller restaurants have much more to offer than the big chain restaurants. I recommend Zack's Char-Grill.
Great burger served up hot and quick (even during the lunchtime rush)! Hot & Crispy crinkle cuts fries (the way they should be served)! Friendly staff too. Highly recommend!!
Homemade chicken salad sandwich on toast was really good. The double bacon cheeseburger was excellent and the fries were nice and crispy. Great sweet Tea and the staff is really cool. It's an old school place that brings you back to a simpler time. Been going every chance I get since my coworker told me about it.

Richard and Zack cook the best fry in the state. And my wife loves their BLT. (Bacon is deep fried). ?
