The food and quality of service seems to have decreased over the past year-and-a-half to two years
Had my birthday dinner here I was so happy ! Searched for three hours for a place and this was it ! Pulled pork was probably the best I have ever had in my life ! Fried chicken was moist and juicy ! Cooked to perfection ! I can say enough how you need to stop here if traveling south ! It’s worth a drive ! Now the service was beyond exceptional ! I have never had such great service with a smile ! I guess it’s true about southern hospitality! I sure found it here ! Last but surely not least my waitress PAID for my birthday dinner ! It brought tears to my eyes ! Your kindness will always be remembered ! Don’t miss this little hidden Gem !!!
Most the time it's pretty good the barbecue's decent coleslaw is good I always get the barbecue sandwich with fries or hush puppies hush puppies are delicious every time what I will say is from day to day your sandwich is different one day you get a big sandwich full of barbecue with a decent amount of slaw in the next day you get a slaw sandwich
The food is great but the prices have gotten ridiculous. I ordered 4 BBQ sandwiches, an order of fried squash and 2 lg teas and my tab was $36.
Decent local Bar-B-Q joint with all the staples. Worth the stop on the way out of Selma. Had a large BBQ Plate with choice of 2 sides and hushpuppies included.
We stopped here once and got some chicken on the way to the beach. Now it’s mandatory for us to stop and get some chicken. I’m going to eventually try some of their other food but I’ll still have to get some chicken to go.
Food was good. Love their bbq sandwiches on Thursday night. I think they are half off on Thursdays.
