Decided to stop here for my wife and I. Going inside was not an option as the dine in area was closed. Went through drive-thru and, due to style of drive-thru, you are unable to leave if you wanted to. There were 6 cars in line at the time. Stuck in drive-thru for 45 mins due to slow service. Woman asked me was my order correct on the screen. I informed the woman that I could not see the screen so the woman assured me my order was correct. 45 minutes later, I get to the window just to find out that they only took one of my orders down and blamed me by telling me I told them the screen was correct. Not sure why the drive thru took 45 mins, I was even prepared to be okay with it if there was like one staff in the building working their heart out, but I get to the window and see they have full staff. The staff are having full blown arguments about closing procedures in the store. The store closes at 11. I was in drive thru from 615p to 705p. I didn't have the energy to debate with the server, they were kids and could care less that they inconvenienced me and I heard a few of them giggling in the background as I drove off unsatisfied, now having to go somewhere else to find food for myself after being stuck in that death-trap of a drive thru.
Every time I order from here it’s something wrong. Usually they forget a burrito or two or they forget a drink. This time they didn’t put sauce or onions on all of my burritos and also forgot two burritos. Not only the burritos, they forgot the drinks and sauce packets as well all in all terrible experience and won’t be ordering from there again
Drive through is very, very, very slow! It's as though they are making your order when you get to the window. On the Supreme burrito the meat/beans were at one end and the lettuce/cheese/sour cream at the other end. Very sad to say I won't be back.
One of the worst fast food restaurants you can go to in the area. They are just as bad as the Wendy's in selma, you will sit in a drive-thru line for an excess of 30 minutes, even for a small order.I went there at 1:08pm and didn't get to the window to get my food and pay until 1:42pm (34 minutes). My order only cost $3.83 and I probably wasted more than that just sitting there idling (probably wasted at least a gallon of gas, or maybe 2). So in summary it didn't cost me just $3.83, it actually cost me more around $7 to $8 (including gas) for 2 little burritos that were cold when I got them. You can call yourself a fast food restaurant if it takes 34 minutes to get your food. Also instead of telling the people who's food is taking longer to make, to "just park at a parking space and we will bring it (your food) out to you when it's done", they would rather hold up the whole line and make everybody wait, and get cold food because of there laziness. Learn to put customers first not laziness first, and people expect to get paid more.Just an FYI, I wasn't rude, and didn't say anything to the workers, eventhough I wanted to (and it would of been justifiable), I wouldn't want someone to do it to me, so I shouldn't do it to them.Learn how to run a drive-thru better, or you will start to lose valuable customers, and business. I most likely won't come here too often anymore, because they don't know how to run a business.
If you go inside to order they wouldn't accept cash and told me I needed to proceed to the drive thru, made no sense to me. Thankful for a nice man who placed my purchase on his card and would not let me pay. Told me to pay it forward and so I did at AutoZone!
The woman Cassondra was rude, would not accept responsibility for giving me the wrong order. When I tried to smooth thing over by saying sorry I may have miss read the sign due to rain and condensation build up, she told me it wasn't her problem. Again I attempted to take some of the blame and apologized again telling her my husband was in the emergency room I just wanted 3 soft tacos. She informed me that because she can't find anyone to work she could spend time with her family. I WILL NOT GO BACK TO TACO BELL IN SMITHFIELD NC as long as Cassondra is still employed their. After all that I didn't eat the tacos anyway, afraid of what they may have done to them. I have been in the public service sector most of my life and you don't treat your customers the way she treated me. It was unexcuseable and very unprofessional.
I spent an hour and 40 minutes in drive-thru due to the fact they only had three employees working: one of which was inexperienced, a new hire. Every time I go I have to spend an outrageous amount of time in drive thru. That's another issue. There is a large pot hole in drive thru that can damage someone's car if not careful. It's been like that for over a year. I don't believe I will be dining at that Taco Bell ever again. I can say that the employee working drive thru was a very sweet girl, who did her job very well, under the circumstances of not having enough help. She, along with the other experienced employee working that night, definitely deserve an increase in pay.
Sat in line for what felt like 30 minutes, finally get our food and all of our tacos in the taco party pack are very cold , to top that off I ordered a chicken quesadilla and WHERE IS MY CHICKEN!!!! That’s a disgrace .
If it could be no stars... it would... what can I say.... menu board not working... kiosks only..... don't take cash..no sweet tea for 15mins... .22 mins for order to get complete..I thought Taco Bell was gonna close after they completed my order.... Only went cause the kids chose.... waste of my time.... and then my money...
Sat in the drive-through for 45 minutes and could not get out of the drive-through to try somewhere else. Slowest drive through I’ve ever been in. And not sure why that took so long. Unless they are not staffed as appropriately as they should be. I’m surprise this location is still open with the slow service. Would not recommend drive-through at Taco Bell in Smithfield North Carolina
