Sun 6/26 @ 1230. Staff was courteous. Just a few comments for management. There was no unsweet tea. The young lady said I could get a bottled one but they were all sweet tea. So I talked my husband into taking the sweet tea I already paid for. He usually gets unsweet too. He said the sweet didn’t taste like brewed tea but a powder or concentrate-not good. Also the lady’s bathroom was dark, one of the lights over the toilet was out. The paper towel dispenser is loose, almost falling off the wall.
Not sure who was working last night on 04/07 but the young lady need a lesson in customer service. Rude beyond words. I have bought several ports in bowls in just the past week everyone always cuts the meat up when I ask for this to be done the employee seemed to get an attitude with me. I wanted pepper Jack cheese but I didn’t want to have to ask her to cut it up. The meat for my bowl was ripped up not even cut clean. And I really don’t feel there was the same amount of meat that I normally get but when I questioned her she seemed to get an attitude about that so I just dropped it. Then I clearly ask for one line of Mayo and one line of ranch she loaded the sandwich I got with Mayo and grabbed the mustard and started putting it on there. When i corrected her and told her I didn’t ask for mustard she said you mean you want ranch. I said yes ma’am that is what I ask for. The when she was ringing me up she kept messing with her phone which made me uncomfortable because I didn’t t know what she wasdoing. I ask can we finish the transition she said it’s not going though I trying to get the manger. It would of been nice to be told this instead of her just appearing to mess with her phone. I will go out of my way to go to another subway. This young lady does not want a job with the attitude I was give last night. Please feel free to reach out and once she is reprimanded I would consider returning until the I will be taking my business else where.
Clean and friendly, fresh food. Way Better than some I've been to lately for sure!
For one Lisa was having a attitude with me and moving very slow and the other person with her had a very nice attitude i think that Lisa needs to be fired bc she don’t have a good attitude with the customer very disappointed also my sandwich wasn’t made right
A wonderful example of what a Subway can be. The ladies there were polite, I had to wait for fresh bread because they refused to use old bread from the day before. It was wonderful.
Very clean compared with other subways. New menu and fresh new meats. If you want a sandwich, wrap, pizza, salad made fresh in front of you from veggies ??? and meat ?? of your choosing you should try this place
Waited 5 min and no one Came to take order. Called out “hello” after 3 min. Finally called on the phone, then someone came to the front . Terrible service
Needs some attention. The dinning area was supper clean. But bathrooms were horrible! Could be because they were understaffed. Unfortunately.. if I'm traveling same direction again this place will be on my Must Avoid List :-(I must say though the only reason I didn't give 2 or one start is the good customer service of the staff (one person)
I ordered an Italian B.M.T. Melt (footlong) via doordash for my husband yesterday morning from this location. The dasher experience was fine HOWEVER, the sandwich had zero meat on it. How??? I was willing to chalk it up to the employee having a bad morning but my husband called them and the employee was rude and told him she wasn't paying for another sandwich for him! He actually left work and went to the restaurant to get his sandwich relaced after her audacity!! He sad she was rude, on her cell, none of the ingredients were fresh behind the counter and she barely put any meat on it! Never again!!!
Food is very good
