By far the WORST experience this am. I usually go there everyday or almost other day. I went to the drive thru to get my drink that I ordered oat milk in. The coffee was literally black & when i asked the guy at the window if this had oat milk in it he said yea and shut the window. I went inside for them to fix my coffee i paid for & he & all the other Brisas looked at me like I was stupid for asking for the correct coffee. He then told me didn’t you say whole milk and I said no I said oatmeal. And then the woman who fix my coffee messed it up again and asked her to remake it because I wanted the correct coffee and she made it again and basically just slammed it on the counter. I will seriously drive to Clayton Starbucks before I spend another penny at the Starbucks again. Maybe they should have better training!!
Still the standard for a good cup of coffee. Maybe Starbucks should DC consider expanding there food menu a bit more. Otherwise, your best bet for real coffee. I highly recommend it.RB
I placed my mobile order at 8:52am and I did not receive my drink until 9:14am. HIGHLY disappointed. They was steady but not busy at all! I asked one gentleman about my order, but all he said was it will be right up 5 minutes before i got my drink. BEEN had my food which is now cold. The same gentleman is going to state your order is just now coming through. I just can’t believe this.
Our Teens and the Adults love Starbucks !! From every day to every few days...depending on Who goes. Great different kinds of Coffee Drinks to few foods. Great Friendly Service , also.
Where’s the rest of my drink?Not only did we wait about 20 minutes in the drive thru but our drinks were weak and not up to the Starbucks standard and my husband’s drink was missing quite a bit, as you can see from the picture. Will NEVER go to this Starbucks again.
So cleaning the blenders doesn’t mean they’re broken and you can’t make frappuccinos.. Lying to a fellow partner when I can see that you’re just cleaning them and they’re not all broken isn’t good business, and this was said to many other customs as well. Store manager needs to get this place together x
This Starbucks is never consistent. Even when they aren't busy it takes upwards of 10 minutes to get a basic drink. I understand some drinks are harder to make, and they also have to make mobile orders, but the main reason for the 3 stars is because the drinks are never right. The last 3 orders I have placed have been wrong, totaling about 6 wrong drinks in total. However, the baristas are very nice, and I would say it's more of an issue of lack of training, or poor management.
Waited 25 minutes for a hot tea. They forgot my order, asked if I had gotten it, then took 45 seconds to make it. When it was ready the person behind the counter pointed to me and put the cup on the counter, no sleeve. Probably because no one ever got my name for the order. Watched everyone who ordered after me receive their entire order and leave before me. Late morning on a Sunday must be so difficult.
Just went through the drive thru, I had ordered two drinks with certain add ins, which would cost more money, and one cake pop. Got to the window, the first drink was missing something, and the second drink was completely wrong because they forgot to make it in the first place. The man at the window had to remind the staff of my drink, and then they rushed to make it because I had been waiting. $5 worth of add ins between the two drinks, and neither were correct. The only thing that was right was the cake pop because they’re pre made. This isn’t the first time this location has messed up my drinks. Don’t know if I should try this location again or not. Wasting my money!
