My family and I visit this location often. The employees are always friendly and engaging. We have tried several of the drink and food options. Our favorite style of drinks are the blenders! Our dog loves the pup cups that they offer as well!
I started stopping here each time I would visit my papa in the hospital. Let me tell you!!! Starbucks has nothing on these guys. Coffee drinks never disappoint. THAT EVERYTHING BAGEL SANDWICH WITH GOUDA ??? omg best thing on the menu. Cake pops are always so good. Their employees are always so nice and professional. The guy the speaks in an Irish accent cracks me up. Freaking love this place. Lifetime customer after that sandwich lol
Such good service whenever I come through at night from Weston or Hannah! I always make it a point to come during the evening because that's when the coffee and the customer service is the best! Came today 6/18 and the wait was super long and the older looking blonde woman working at the window needs to take a class on how to talk to customers and control her facial expressions. She seemed very upset and annoyed when I came through today and it just reminded me of why I like to go during the evening time!
Scooters location in Smithfield NC is amazing! A super friendly staff greets you - Jocelyn is the best! Great coffee and delicious summer treats!
omg!! where do i start? i was anticipating to go here for a while, however, every time i’d want to go, something would come up. finally had the chance to try it the other day, and it’s absolutely amazing!! far better than starbucks and the workers are so friendly!

I have gone to dunkin for almost 20yrs and gotten the exact same coffee. Today I found out they no longer have hazelnut flavoring so I had to find a new place for coffee. So we decided to stop here and OMG Scooters is probably the best cup of coffee I have ever had !!! Where have you been all my life ?!?!?!??!
I was so excited to try Scooter’s. The employees are so professional and I even had to ask to see if the drive thru introduction was really him or recording. It was really the employee. I’ve had the coffee blenders each time and they are great.
Overall my wife and I love this place! Usually get it a couple times per week. Once in awhile a drink may not be blended very well, but that's bound to happen occasionally when a place makes hundreds of drinks per day. Most every time though the drinks are done well plus the variety of flavors and drink types is great! Some of the negative comments I saw online about this place are about the workers/service, I've personally not had any bad experiences. Just remember folks that most of the people working here are late teens/early 20's so it will take time to learn customer service skills. The people who own the shop are super nice and they always try to listen to feedback. Happy to have a good coffee joint in town that doesn't have a green mermaid logo on the cup!
Great coffee but the people really make it special. Every time we stop here everyone is so nice. Virginia will even remember us and offer our doggo a pup cup when he's with us. So glad to have them in town. ?
