When someone orders breadsticks….sauce is included and never is at the Pizza Hut in Smithfield NC. My wife even asked the lady at the drive thru window to please confirm it was in the breadstick boxes (2 orders), she lied and acted like she checked when she obviously didn’t to only be disappointed when getting our take out order home. Please avoid this location at all costs, I will not be a customer any longer, if I was this sorry at my place of employment I wouldn’t be employed.
Left me setting outside one night until 11pm waiting on pizza only for the girl to come outside and tell me they were closed. I don't know what happened that night. Every other night they have been good about getting my pizza's to me. I guess everyone has a off night.
Came here to dine in on Saturday, March 5. Doors locked up. Someone hanging outside of pick up window. Is this a hole in the wall business?! This place will be shut down in no time just like Spring Lake location did. First time here, not impressed at all. Another customer pulled up and saw building locked and drove off. Losing business. People just can’t comprehend when you chase off business, your customers have no other options but to go elsewhere. I’m not surprised though.
Ordered online never received my order and when I called I was hung up on twice,finally "transferred " to a supervisor because they handle online orders.......the place closed and I never got a hold of a manager. I am not sure if they are just under staffed or don't care which seems more like they just don't care but I don't believe I will order from them again this was ridiculous
Never have trouble the people are always nice and the food is always good can't say the same thing about Papa John's
I ordered online for 5:30pm pick up. Arrived early to sit in line. At the window exactly on time. Order wasn’t ready. I sat at the window and they asked me to move, I told them I was mobility impaired and wasn’t sitting in line again. They said 3-4 minutes so just wait. 19 minutes later another employee came to the window with a bad attitude and demanded I move. I asked would she bring the order to me she said she would. Over twenty minutes and a bad attitude later I got my order. No apology, nothing.
The pizza, bread sticks and cinnamon sticks were cold. The breadsticks were not made fresh and had little to no seasoning on them. One was chopped in half and near the cinnamon sticks by itself. The cinnamon glaze upon the sticks was dried. Very disappointed ?
Make sure order is correct AND hot before leaving the store. Deliver at promised time and to the correctly described location!
My order was ready as requested. The young lady at the window had amazing customer service and was super friendly!
