The food was very good overall, but the pizza was pretty disproportionate in the amount of crust last time. The people there are very nice.

Worst pizza delivery experience ever! Ordered $40 worth of pizza using the app and was told 47mins for delivery. waited 2hrs and never received the pizzas. Attempted to call the store multiple times, however the phone number directs you to a call center in India. Horrible customer service and will NEVER order from this store again!

Ordered delivery on line. 5:30 PM we got pizza delivered at 7:10 pm. One hour pass the time it was stated it would be delivered. Not only that we asked the driver what took so long he said he had another delivery in Wilson Mills that he had to deliver first because it was the furthest away. Really! Then we look at pizza not even the pizza we ordered. So took 2 hours to get pizza, got the wrong pizza ordered a medium works and charged 26.00 for delivery, driver took off so fast he knew it was wrong. So we tried to stop the driver who was not the name sent to us as the delivery driver Alana and he was not a girl and then we tried to call the store. Been on hold 8 minutes and same stupid running commercial running about crust. Still no answer. I will going into Papa Johns tomorrow and demanding my money back, an apology and will never use these folks again. Be aware folks. Oh delivery service was door dash. What a waste of time and never answered the phone.

The place was an absolute mess. The 5 workers inside looked homeless. As in, dirty street clothes and the guy cutting the pizza looked like he hadn't showered in a week. The pizza was cold out of the oven and tasted disgusting. Most of it was thrown out. 3 of us tried a piece and agreed that it was inedible. That was our first Papa John's visit in over 3 years, and it's our last. You should be embarrassed.

Ordered two pizzas a Bacon Pepperoni but you can't even call it that, Looks like a cheese pizza. Got a buffalo chicken pizza and unfortunately more onions than chicken, it is called Buffalo Chicken for a reason. Very sad.

Average pizza. A bit pricey and was delivered cold. We had to call three times to find why it was an hour and a half late.

I will never again get pizza from the Smithfield, NC location. My pizza was barely sauced the toppings were scarce...... My 10 piece chicken poppers had three standard size poppers and seven little nuggets the size of a dime. I spent $42 for nothing.

My delivery driver, Keith B, was professional and timely. Great attitude. My pizza was still hot when he arrived and my pizza was delicious. Highly recommended,

I will never revisit the store in Smithfield. They asked me to put a mask on which was fine, however, I didn't have one. I asked if they had one and the lady got snappy with an employee and told the employee to go get one out of the office. The environment was very depressing and the General Manager was just plain rude. Pizza was sub par with minimal toppings that didn't even reach the edge of the crust. Wings were nothing but fat. Never again.

I just had to kick the self claimed manager out of my store. I have ordered pizzas for my employees from the Smithfield NC location for the past 10 years. I feed approximately 40 employees. I always order online and have them delivered. Today, I ordered 10 pizzas online for a total of $137.59 including delivery and tax. When the driver showed up, he handed me a bill for $185.00. I told him that this was incorrect. He became agitated and told me that this is what the bill is. I showed him the online order and the total of $137.59 and he proceeded to tell me that I was wrong and their computer was correct. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he said that he was the supervisor. I asked to contact his supervisor nad he went outside and made a call. He return with someone on the phone saying they were in charge. The person on the phone accused me of not letting the gentleman to have a chance to correct the bill. I told him that this was not accurate at all. I informed him that his employee had an attitude and that is when his employee told me that I was "getting ready to see an attitude" in a threatening tone. At this point I told him to leave my establishment and to never come back. He told me that he was calling the police. I am currently waiting on them.
