The one rare time I eat out with my mom and brother and the decision to go here has to be the worst decision in a long while. The girl that took our order, wore a mask and the mumbling was undetectable. The half sandwich "deal" was no deal; there was no prices listed on the soups so what we thought was the Pick 2, was not at all a pick 2. We were overcharged for a drink, thought we were getting the side of sliced apples and it was a lunch box apple, the pastries were day old, the soups were canned and lukewarm, the breads were hard, the tomatoes were a real pale red like they were not yet ripe. And all this for $45.05. Never again.

We've never eaten in a mediocre Panera Bread restaurant. Like the rest, this location is no exception. Good food, very courteous staff and clean tables. We eat at this particular Panera Bread when we are in the area. The pizza is really good along with the sandwiches. Highly recommended.

After horrible experiences in other North Carolina locations in Garner and Apex I refused to go to a panera location for anything. After 7 years avoiding your restaurant I came to have a family member suggest your location in Smithfield, NC. Greeted with a smile, the customer service provided by Rich is well above the normal experiences provided elsewhere. He is so pleasant, accommodating and patient people could learn a lot just from watching him interact with your guests. If you can, send him to the other locations so he can show them what "excellent" looks like. His manager Michele should be very proud of her team. The dining space was clean, the bathrooms were spotless, this location is an example of how things should be done!!

We came here with the family on Monday morning of May23rd 2022 around 1030 . The store wasn't even half busy , maybe 2 or 3 tables occupied. This is by far the filthiest Panera I ve ever seen !On our order , every item was screwed up except on cookies and drinks we grabbed ourselves.Food was out pretty fast , however noone bothered calling out my wife's name which it was ordered under. It wasn't tasty as you would expect usually at Panera . Silverware , dishes looked dirty. What a terrible experience ! Is there a store manager there at all ? Have they heard of brand standards???? I hope someone fills out a complaint form on these guys !I don't recommend going to this Panera restaurant , you will leave disappointed .

This Panera skimps on ingredients, almost no meat on sandwiches, see picture below of $5.00 half sandwich. Haven’t had this problem at other Paneras.

Love the variety and healthy choices !

I was actually frustrated with myself why I always insist on waiting to stop at Panera. But after coming here I remember. Clean, friendly service, fast, and delicious. So nice to find great employees/service.

I’ve been working near this location for several months but I’ve never stopped here. My visits at other locations have turned be off from this establishment. I usually only eat Panera Bread at one particular Raleigh location. I decided to stop in for lunch after seeing all the business one Friday afternoon. I was very impressed. The workers were organized and professional. The food was well prepared. I agree with a previous reviewer. I can tell this location has good management and a good team of workers. I’ll be having lunch here more often:)

If you are looking for a sandwich or soup, Panera is a good option. Great staff. Touch screens to place your order. Quick service and nice staff.

I stopped at this location on my way to FL for a quick lunch. I had my 3 month old daughter with me and was able to comfortably dine in due to their accommodating seating areas. Ordering was quick and easy. I did not have to wait long before my food was ready. I ordered the buffalo chicken flatbread and was not disappointed. It was hot and fresh. The crust was not over baked and there was an even mixture of toppings. I highly recommend giving their flatbread a try.
