Terrible rude cashier with a nasty attitude look on her face asked us to use the kiosk for her benefit
We waited in line over 45 minutes with only 5 cars in front of us the entire time. Staff were just standing around. We were asked to pull up when we finally got to the window. When they finally brought our food I asked if they could wait while I checked it. Employee rolled their eyes and walked away. I wouldn't have waited that long but it was for kids. Our order did end up being wring and of course it was a kids order. I won't be back.
The meal deal is NO deal, especially when they put curdled cream in your coffee. What a way to ruin both our meals. Not inpressed.
The food is ok I don’t have complaint with that But I had two experiences on different occasions. A female manager was expressing herself badly about an employee in front of the clients. On another occasion a Man manager with a mustache was verbally treating a dark-skinned boy, I felt very sorry for the young man, I felt like defending him. They are younger boys, they know what they can expect from them when they hire them. Because they demand them as if they were adults, and there are boys under the age of 18 in the kitchen, McDonald is not supposed to help young students with soft partime work. Why these Hispanic managers treat them badly by demanding what they don't do themselves as adults. I have the names but I won't put them.???
Sucked. Went through the drive thru and they parked us. After waiting 15 minutes for 1 chicken sandwich I went inside and they kept asking for my receipt which I was not given. I stayed inside for another 15 minutes of them making the sandwich. I'm diabetic and by this time my sugars are getting low. I literally lifted the plastic partition and called to the manager. She got my order and added a few other things in the bag for my trouble. I will never go here again.
I had to yell at the person at the box because I didn’t get my order right and then attempted to end my order and told me bye. They overcharged me for two meals which should’ve been around 16 something but instead I might change was 2 30. Don’t go to this place if they mess up and you get mad they rip you off
This has to be the absolute worst McDonald’s in the U.S. Nine times out of ten your drive through order will be missing items, and when you bring it to their attention they get upset and rude. The manager barely speaks English and allows the staff to be rude and disrespectful.
Only way to get a drink is to get charged extra. When I asked when extra small sizes were phased out, the two employees were very dense and said “it’s a small, we don’t have extra small”. Can anyone tell me why McDonald’s in Smithfield and Selma don’t serve extra small drinks with happy meals anymore?
Just had a large Caramel iced coffee. $1.80 best buy! Exceptionally sweet customer service delivering my coffee. Put a smile on my face.
Way too expensive. Why is the sausage, egg, and cheese McGriddle meal with a large drink $7.14 when the exact meal and drink in Clayton is $4.47? Too overpriced to visit again.
