Employees rude and cuss out customers who ask for a refund after waiting for a order placed online and had a set time and then was pulled forward for another 20 minutes very unprofessional and scrappy customer service.
I've just waited 30 minutes in the Drive-Thru line got to the window I ordered a hot and ready which should be hot and ready that's why it's inexpensive I was told that there was none ready and it would be 20 minutes more gas prices are $4 a gallon I'm waiting in line for a pizza I never get after 45 minutes terrible
This store has the worst service ever! ?Nobody ever answers the phone, so I placed an online order when I got there I still needed to wait additional time for my order to be ready. There excuse is always short staffed. The owner/management needs to do better job at keeping people and training them correctly so they have good customer service.
Worst Restaurant. There is no team playing. The mgmt team treats the employees horrible. My daughter worked for this place and they treated her horrible. She would go into work early and stay late so the mgr could leave and do what she wanted or needed (Personally) and when my daughter needed time off she got told she could not take time off because they were short staffed. They cannot keep any one at this store. Yesterday they were short staffed and when people were called no one would come in or answer their phones including the mgmt team.
Pizza n breadstix so greesy feel like gonna have a heartattack.. never will go here again....
