Food is 4 star, staff zero star. All the employee’s attitude, especially on july 24, 2022 around 320pm, leave a lot to be desired. Labelling each order should be standard when you order several subs, but it is not. And, when I asked them to label each order, the employees behind the counter, glared at me with a scowl on their faces like what I was asking was too inconvenient.
I ordered the buffalo chicken cheese steak. I usually get it and its good, but this time it tasted like windex. I really wanted to enjoy it but i couldn’t, and every few bites i gagged.

So I just went to to the Jersey Mike's in Smithfield on Brightleaf Blvd. First time ever in a JM's. Horrible experience. I explained I was a first time customer and received no assistance ordering. I called back and spoke with Supervisor Lee. He basically said I should have known what I was doing. I'm going to throw away sub and chalk it up as learning experience. I will not be returning.

Italian sub is my favorite. But it takes me 2 days just to eat a regular?
Horrible experience. Shorted us two sandwiches. Went back in to get what we paid for and the lady was rude and rolling her eyes. Made our sandwiches incorrect and rolled her eyes at us again when she brought it. $50 wasted. Needs new management or ownership.
Great food. Great service. Very skilled staff. Highly recommend.
