Love CB, this one was pretty good, quick service and pleasant staff.

this was one of the best restaurants i’ve ever been to! the food and service was so good! our waitress, makayla (if i spelled that wrong i’m sorry) was so funny and nice. there’s really a good for everyone here! from chicken tenders and fries for pickier eaters, to strawberry pancake cheesecake for sweet teeth, they have everything!! the gift shop is also so nice, and they have some really nice decor in the restaurant area.
Always enjoyable whenever I go there, be it alone or with friends. The Smithfield staff is always amazing and friendly.
Wife wanted to go, Food was good got me a burger she got a big chef salad. Ni e to visit the shop. Only negative was server was slow. She forgot to bring me the check. And said said sorry was cleaning up in back.
My daughter and I had French toast today. My tea and her lemonade were just right. We both enjoyed games on the table while we waited. Our server, Dustin, was very pleasant. And as always, we enjoyed browsing the gift shop.
We've eaten here before with no issues, but the most recent visit was ridiculous. The server was very nice the entire time, so let's get that out of the way. 1. We were sat at a table that had food crumbs all over it from the previous diners. 2. My wife's entrée was wrong, but she was hungry, and we were in a hurry to get back on the highway. 3. My sons food and mine were barely above room temperature, which was odd, since my wife was also served meat loaf, and hers was hot. 4. After getting our food replaced, my sons food came out with the wrong side. He didn't want to wait for it to be corrected. The kitchen has obvious problems that need addressing ASAP. The place was not busy, and there seemed to be ample staffing.
So my Mother and I just got home with our take out order. The biscuits were hard as a brick, microwave didn't help. Use them to fill in potholes around there! My Mother got dumplings and mashed potatoes. Both were cold. Mashed potatoes were dry and in one blob, looked like they been in a pan under a lamp all day. The baked and loaded sweet potato was good but it went in the microwave too. $23 worth of food was fine if it was worth it, but it definitely was NOT! I called the manager and he informed me no refund. Only coupons to return? Maybe those mailed coupons will be for a different Cracker Barrel.Also the response from the Manager on these reviews is a generic one, not personable at all. Two thumbs down.
Basically the same food no matter which Cracker Barrel you eat in. Good, down home cooking. The country store is a plus.,
Consistent food quality, decent service, and an interesting place to shop. Never had anything here that wasn't good. The restaurant part is chilly (on purpose I'm sure) and the store part is packed tight. Store items are cute but crazy expensive. They do have mobile order ahead and curbside.
