It was...ok. We had to wait a while for them to catch the buffet up because there was very little pizza on it...like not but maybe a half of a pizza on the whole thing. An employee went to his manager laughing about me not knowing my wife was the one standing in front of him because I asked for anchovies. He didn't know what they were and thought I was the dumb one. The wife got that straight with the manager, and hopefully the guys working at a PIZZA place now know all of their toppings. Other than that it was ok. The rest of the staff were pretty friendly, and cleaned the tables as empty plates were set aside.
First of all, there wasn't much to choose from. What they had on the buffet was little to nothing. And the guy that was cooking the pizzas sneezed in his hands and didn't even wash them afterwards. And no one was wearing any gloves at all!!! I wanted to say something, but my mom didn't want me to. Ugh!!! Not a good experience there today. Only friendly staff was the guy that was the cashier
We ate here yesterday around 7pm and it was nasty walked in and there were plates on just about every table. And that not even the worse part…. There were several workers sitting at a table being very loud and joking (very inappropriate conversations) around obviously while they were suppose to be working. Also there was one guy who was actually trying to clear off table and doing his job while the other ones were being very rude and making rude comments to him. Picture attached I mainly took this that way the one who was actually working couldn’t be blamed for being one of the ones at the table.
This place had no pizza out all the help was on there phone talking standing around I didn't pay 29 dollars for 3 people to eat and not get anything. I tried asking for pizza they acted like no one was talking to them . They definitely lost the customers tonight. Will not be going back.
You want a cheap meal that goes a long way come here. The only problem I have is when you go on a Friday at 5 o’clock and for some magical reason they don’t have no pizzas on the buffet there’s a problem. If they will fix that simple thing I can get five stars
Two of my grandchildren and I decided to have the buffet. The salad bar was very fresh and looked exciting. I certainly enjoyed my salad it was delicious. The boys and I enjoyed our pizza together and they were very excited about the dessert pizza as well. I was disappointed to see that the whole time we were there they were cleaning the dining room because it was obvious that it had not been cleaned at closing from the night before. There was no napkins available for use we used hand towels from the bathroom.

Staff is very nice! We forgot our card tried to pay with Apple Pay from our phone but it wasn’t working they told us don’t worry we got y’all! Less than 5 min later a tour bus arrived place was packed and they kept up with just a few ppl working bar stayed full of options the entire time! Great Job! Hot and delicious!
This was the worst experience I've had at a Cicis. I came in on a Monday evening about 6:15pm and there was 1 pizza on the buffet! No cinnamon rolls, no bread sticks. Just 1 pizza and a few brownies. There were tables that were dirty when I came in and still dirty when I left (about 30 minutes). I counted 5 employees and the majority of the time 2 or 3 of them were in the back laughing and carrying on. Blatantly cussing and throwing the "N" word around with families and kids clearly hearing everything they were saying. Although the pizza was hot and tasted very good, the employees were very disrespectful in their behavior.
It was absolutely horrible!!! They had no ice, no ranch, no air conditioning. How do you keep the vegetables for the salad bar fresh with no ice? Flies everywhere. Floors were nasty . Tables were nasty. This used to be a nice place to eat! I won't ever go there again. Also one employee as we were going out was telling the cashier to quit cursing because there were kids and yes he was talking about my 8 yr old. And she cussed at him for calling her out about cussing. This place has really gone down hill I wanted to give negative star but this app makes you choose a star!
