They are super distracted and not polite.Cashier basically threw my change at me.
I walked in to make two different orders, The first one was a burrito bowl with chicken, I told the guy on front to make one Chicken Burrito bowl, he put the white rice the rest of the ingredients but the chicken. On the second order (with chicken), he was rushing me, and when I was trying to complete the order, he asked to pay the first order, then someone started ordering, and I had to go back and tell the other server that I was not done. At the end, I ended up with with one of the chicken burrito bowl with no chicken.
The food was good. The store was nice and clean. I hate the parking lot bc it's attached to the same building as Starbucks and the line for them be wrapped around the building. We parked in the BWW parking lot. Excellent customer service.

We enjoyed this place. The food was fresh. Staff was friendly. Clean. They even shaped my tortilla on the side as a jalapeño. I would definitely recommend this place.

Picked up a brisket bowl and a steak bowl from the Smithfield location on 9/2/2021. Both steak and brisket were extremely overcooked and dry. We are not half of each bowl, threw balance into the trash. We will not be returning. Extremely poor presentation of you new brisket. Marvin& Beverly Doxie
