I just had dinner here with my mother this evening and it was a pleasant experience. Everyone was helpful and nice. The workers were constantly cleaning and it did not feel like a fast food restaurant. Everyone was helpful and attentive. We spoke with Kelvin Brown Jr, the GM and he had a welcoming personality. We definitely will be back again the next time we are in Smithfield!!
So I've been coming to this location for a couple months and I have to say the ONLY downside to this location is the parking lot. Lol! Aside from that the employees are fantastic and they always get my order right. Today there were two young ladies working the window and I had some confusion over my salad that I ordered and they quickly swapped out my salad for a different one that fit my dietary needs. They were super busy so I felt horrible, but they were very polite and swift. No hold up to the line! Keep up the great work and thank you!
Incompetent people working at this drive thru. Each time that I've gone here, I ask for a large meal but they give me a medium or small "accidentally" yet they charge me full price for the large meal. I've had orders completely mixed up, drinks forgotten to be given and other "accidents" but it's just ridiculous. Each time I say my order loudly, clearly and even repeat it, but they manage to get it wrong each time and even get offended when I have to correct the order at the window before paying. The food is the only good thing about this place. Don't bother going here unless you don't mind having to correct the order at the last window each time, try somewhere else where they have people who can do their jobs.
Worst CFA I’ve ever visited. It took 45 minutes to get through. When we finally received our food we found the fries were over cooked (dark brown), clearly scooped from the bottom judging from the carton of small pieces, and they had sat for so long they were actually cold. Very disappointing.Also saw what appeared to be upper management moseying around the parking lot messing with parking cones. None in a hurry considering the massive back up they had.
I have the app and did curbside. Food took 16mins till i got it. The person who gave me the food didn't smile nor say anything to us which doesn't matter to me. But when i got back to the job site. I didn't have the sauces I chose for my nuggets nor any napkins or straws. Never coming here again. Wilson chicken fill a is so much better.
I always go through the drive thru but the inside is closed right now anyway. The lines flow so quickly though, they have employees standing by to get your order with hand-held tablets. Great Experience.!!! Excellent food as always. The only downside is they're closed on Sundays but its a Christian owned business.
First time I've gone thru a Chick-fil-A drive thru. And bought myself food. My chicken biscuit was not what I was expecting, the chicken breast was small and dryer then a bone. The hashbrowns were cold and super greesy.I'm on the fence about eating there again.
Didn't have my food..didnt tell me until I got to the window they were out...offered something different had to wait even longer with no discount or anything...not great experience
Amazing staff and amazing food. This location has some wonderful people who will make sure you’re taken care of.
