This is the second time in last two weeks have to go thur drivethur ok first time lady was rude got our food fries were greasy and cold and the whooper was ok...now thus time get to the board to order after we heard same woman yell at the people in front of us my husband proceeded to place our order and this woman yelled at him really he told her never mind and we left. Very poor customer service. Rudeness is one that we will not put up with..
Terrible management & service! I placed a mobile order tonight and arrived at 5:28pm to pick it up! I chose to pick up at drive thru because I had my 2 lil dogs with me only to arrive to the drive thru backed up so after waiting for 10 minutes in drive thru I called the store to let them know I was there because I didn’t want my food tossed out or given away, I asked if someone could run it out & if not I’d still continue to wait the girl that answered the phone said “we don’t even know if we have your order” and hung up on me so I continued to wait after 45 minutes of being in the drive thru I got to speaker and told them I was there for my mobile order so they said to pull up but when I got to the window the girl acted weird and said can you pull up and wait after waiting over an hour total trying to be patient I called the store to make sure I hadn’t been forgotten since cars behind me continued to get food and leave only for the girl that said she was a manager talking very rude to me and claiming I hadn’t been waiting for an hour (I actually have screenshot proof that I had) she blew me off then left the phone off the hook so I was able to hear every ugly word she said to other employees about me and how she would’ve left had she waited an hour so I guess she didn’t understand someone trying to be patient and pick up food for their kids and had already paid for the food! I finally drove off without any food because of not knowing what they would do to it! Sorry employees like that need to be terminated and give people wanting jobs to take on that role! So much for being nice & patient!
Had breakfast here as we did not have much choice. 2 for 4?? Wonder what I am eating?? lol....I guess it did the job as we had to drive to florida.
They open at 6am I get there around 610 615 most morning and go through drive thru and sit there waiting to give my order and no one is there to receive it. I sit there for at least 5 mins b4 driving off
Last week, I took my boys for breakfast before school. One of our 'sausage, egg, & cheese' biscuits had no cheese. Luckily we caught it & they were able to put cheese on it. This morning... ??♀️ .... I ordered 2 sausage, egg, & cheese croissan'wiches & 1 sausage & egg croissan'wich. The first 2 were right, the last one... I got sausage and cheese... ? *pretty much all 3 are the same...just no cheese on one* how can you screw that up?
the worst bk, you get burnt food, or old food. I do not recommend it
I had l lunch at Burger King in Smithfield and the lady use the same glove to pick up raw meat then touch my bun and with the same gloves on dress my whopper after eating my lunch I went back to work and threw up my lunch I would never eat here again and I’m calling the Johnson Heath Department to go inspect the Restaurant.
bad service, workers more interested in talking amongst themselves than getting your food order right.
Been to a number of Burger Kings, and the staff and food freshness here seems to top most of the rest I have ever been to. Burger King is usually a craps shoot as to whether you get decent fresh food or something that's been sitting under a lamp for an hour...this one is top notch with the freshness.
Bathroom & food ? were great ?!!!
