Called ahead for a party of 14 and was told a 30 minute wait. When we got there and had waited 15 minutes they ask if outside was ok in 93 degree weather. We said no and then they said the inside tables were for their regular customers. The girl at the front was so rude.
This place is great the staff is super friendly. And the night we went was after one of our music events so the people with us was overly excited about the night yet the staff was still happy to serve us and never got mad about our loudness this is the spot to go to for great times. And yes the wings are the icing on the cake. They do get hot so be prepared
Went to this location after anither restaurant fell though. We usually go.to the Garner BWW but we were in the area. Was a nice place. Smaller than the Garner location but nice. Food was pretty good wife loved here adult beverages, her and daughter had wings and fries. They were good. I had the buffalo Chicken ranch sandwitch. The sandwich seemed different than usual than the way ots served at the Garner location and others I have been too. It was still pretty good. The server was OK but Inhad to ask for napkins, eating utensils after we had out food already. He could have been new. The restroom (Mens) could have been better kept, trash was over flowing and paper towels all.over the floor. Overall ot was OK, Daughter was happy, wife was happy so over all it was good.
I love Buffalo Wild Wings but was dissatisfied with my service and take-out meal. I ordered off the app and my wait time was 1 hour (I didn’t mind). I got there to pick up and the lady was very nice. I got out to my car and realized they gave me traditional wings and I ordered boneless. I went back inside and told a different person at the register. She seemed annoyed and came back within seconds with my order. I just realized they also forgot my ranch. She seemed upset at this point and brought me back a bag with 10 ranches in it. My food was extremely cold and dry. It seemed like they took old chicken, microwaved it and then drenched it in sauce. My fries were also cold. I am usually laid back when it comes to these situations but I was upset that I waited an hour, drove 20 minutes and didn’t get good food.
This place was like an island in the storm. I had been driving for approx 11 hours. When we pulled off of 95. Got a room and when I inquired about food. I was told most places close at 9pm. Except for wild wings. So we dashed over there and was greeted with some friendly faces. We chose to sit at the bar and had some delicious wings and a craft beer or 2. Thanks to everyone that helped us.
Waited 45 minutes with multiple open tables, but no staff to cover them. The floor was covered with food. Our appetizer was warm and wings were borderline cold. One part of wings were plain for our kid, and ranch was poured out all over them when served, so no longer plain. Just a general lack of care and concern for the customers.
The bartender was on one this night.. not sure if she was tired or just being rude for no reason but nonetheless the food was great. They made a sauce for us that I made up and did a great job.. drinks were okay because a LIT should use Coke and not Pepsi. Definitely reasonable priced though. They stay open late and for that they get a good rating
Good food and atmosphere ?
I can’t believe how WRONG this place was! We were three people, and EVERY. SINGLE. ORDER. WAS. WRONG.Two of us ordered Basic Cheeseburgers — only to be told they were ‘out of buns’ (this was a Sunday evening, at 8:30pm — they’re open until midnight) However, from the bar where we were seated, we could plainly see burger buns on a trolly (I took a photo but can’t seem to post it here) I asked to speak to the manager and she came out and flatly stated that they were frozen solid. I asked if they couldn’t grill or put them under the broiler to thaw/toast them. She shrugged, said ‘No, it won’t work. We are just NOT serving them.’ She walked away. Short haired blonde lady with glasses. My friend asked for extra lettuce and no fries. Didn’t happen.I received no mayo and after asking for some, I ended up using some of my friend’s.Our third person ordered Chicken Nuggets with NO toppings. They came out covered with 2 dressing/toppings. He didn’t want to complain, (I wanted to but it was his order, not mine) the server never once asked how our food was, she didn’t even ask why he had not touched one nugget. We had been driving almost 10 hours and didn’t want grief so we paid and left. This place was NOT crowded and had plenty of staff, so that was not an issue. What a lousy experience! The non-bun burgers were dry, there was one tiny pickle slice on each (again, I wish there were photos able to be posted here!)Also, the restrooms were not very clean, and the garbage bins in them were overflowing (paper towels onto the floors)??
This restaurant was clean, some staff wore masks. We had the American single cheese burger, requested it to be well done with all the fixens. It was the best burger we have ever had travelling. Highly recommend this restaurant. Our waitress Ash was so nice, great service and margarites delicious!
