Cashier was extremely rude wouldn’t except cash payment and I had to ask for my 4 cups of pretzels to be bagged

System were down only cash was accepted

The worse customer service I seen in a while. Not friendly at all. I would never spend money in this location again. Also we were a group of 8 and we all felt the same. This is why small franchise owners slowly go out of business they have the wrong team in place.
Was Christmas shopping, went by there an no was wearing gloves. I asked the employee if they were supposed to wear gloves, she stated in a sarcastic way, " We don't have to wear gloves, we wash our hands." There were three other customers in front of us,. Not one time did she wash her hands, after touching money, or the other customers hands.
Place likes to close 10 minutes early.

Good pretzels but nothing extraordinary
Definitely not like the original auntie Anne's up north. Pretzels not made as well and workers did not seem over friendly. Not the cleanest either.
