I would not recommend if you are taking a road trip. Only drive through Open (doesn't day that on Google maps or such). No customers around.

This store has gone downhill! We usually check our food before we leave because they seem to forget stuff a lot! Well we went there earlier didn’t check the food because my 6 year old had to use the bathroom and we couldn’t go inside. All 4 of the fries were cold and rubbery and they didn’t put one of the sandwiches in the bag. Then when I went to callThem to tell them the phones don’t even work! It says the number you have reached is not a working number wth? I won’t be back there for a while!!! Arbys needs to do something!!!! Gas is too high to be driving back and fourth for something that should have been right the first time!!

Food is good service is slow due to lack of employees I'm sure but very inconvenient

My husband and I went to get Arby's this morning on our way back home from visiting family in Four Oaks, NC. We got the Turkey and Swiss, & Turkey and Bacon and neither one of them had any Turkey! I have tried contacting the Arby's location and all I get a 'this number has been disconnected'. Tried to contact Arby's headquarters with no luck either. We were only passing through so we can't go back. We did get two Arby's sandwiches with cheese and they were okay, very flat but good. This was at 11:06 in the morning so they just opened, but we hot screwed. DO BETTER!!!!!

I FELT LIKE I NEEDED TO MAKE A POST ESPECIALLY FOR THE BEAUTIFUL AFRICAN AMERICAN LADY WITH PINK NAILS AT THE DRIVE THROUGH TODAY, 4/24/22 at 11am. We didn’t catch her name. She was very professional and personable. She talked to my 3 year old son and talked to us about our dogs. You can tell she loves her job. She truly made mine and my husbands day. She’s a TRUE breath of fresh air! The food was great, and the service was spectacular. 10/10 recommend Arbys as long as she’s there and the food stays the same! Please give that lady a raise, SHE DESERVES it!

My husband and I ordered and paid online last night and recieved an email confirmation to pick up our order at 7:46 pm. We proceeded to the restaurant and arrived at 7:52 pm. The restaurant was closed and completely dark with no vehicles in the parking lot. Needless to say we were at a loss considering the website states that they are open until 8:00 pm. So they have my money and I have nothing. I have called the customer service department and they said they will refund my money but that will take up to 14 days. Now mind you $25 will not break us at all....it's the principal!! We will definitely not be returning to this Arby's in Smithfield, NC. By the way...we ended up going to McDonald's and they were open, efficient and delicious.

Went through the drive through. Customer service was very nice. I got the classic chicken sandwich and the mac and cheese. Both were delicious!! Chicken was crispy and juicy. The Mac an cheese was the best fast food Mac n cheese I've had. Awesome awesome experience.

The cashier gave me the wrong change back I gave him pennies so I didn’t get pennies back and he gave me 4 pennies back and shorted me 6 cents

Just got home from the drive thru at Arby's in Smithfield. I ordered 3 beef and cheddar's and fries. Also ask for some horsie sauce. Food was very cold. No sauce, no napkins.
